I am VIVA WONDER WOMAN! Today I am grateful for my self-portrait at age 4 and my original Underoos ❤️When I was little girl all I ever wanted to be was “WONDER WOMAN!” Since then I have done it in lots of ways.. I am a professional Cosplayer. I even have my own actions figures thanks to @thevegastoycon.
I also do charity work as WW.. like a real superhero! I founded my own non-profit Heartfelt Heroes with the help of my super bestie @the_supergirl702
But recently, I was reminded of another way I have changed lives as WW. A couple weeks ago, someone ordered a cape on my Etsy (vivaww.com), and included the message: “Do I need to pay shipping because I am your next door neighbor?” @onnie_____
I have only met this lady once. I learned she was born with heart defect and every Dr. appointment she always wears WW underwear for strength and power. She had an upcoming appointment and needed some extra strength and so ordered one of my capes. I was excited to help her. I made a beautiful cape and I also gave her my personal tiara I had made for upcoming @fanxsaltlake.
This woman came over to my house and put on the tiara and cape and looked at herself in my mirror and I could see sheer joy in her face. 😊 In fact, she never took the tiara off and she hugged me on my doorstep holding that cape so carefully.. she told me that THIS was real power. She also told me that night that her pacemaker was about to give out and could stop any day and that she was just waiting to hear if she could get a transplant.
While a lot of my clients only wear the costume once for Halloween or to a comic con, there are so many more who write to me about how they are buying my costume after a battle with a terrible disease, an awful divorce, cancer, loosing weight, to do charity work & so much more. I love my job! Not only do I get to be WW and do charity work but I literally make so many other Women and Men’s 😉 dream of being the WW too! An army of Amazon Sisters and Brothers! All I know is, if little 4 year old Lara could see me now.. she would be so proud! I made my dreams come true! #blessed #gratitude #wonderwoman @dccomics @reallyndacarter @gal_gadot
