🌟Breakfast Of Champions🌟
🌺 My favorite banana smoothie/nice cream :
🌱 4 ripe bananas / frozen bananas
🌱 1 tbsp turmeric powder
🌱 1 tbsp beetroot powder
🌱 Mixed frozen berries
Salad of baby kale, baby chard, baby spinach, spring mix, microgreens, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, figs.
This banana, mango, strawberry smoothie was as delicious as it looks. All of my smoothies have the same base these days -⠀
250ml coconut water⠀
3 bananas 🍌 (1 fresh, 2 frozen)⠀
2 medjool dates⠀
Then I just add the fruity flavours I’m feelin’ in that moment. In this case, I had a hankering for -⠀
1/2 cup frozen mango⠀
1/2 cup frozen strawberries 🍓 ⠀
HEALTHY TIP: If you’re watching your grocery bill, try to buy organic smoothie ingredients for anything that doesn’t have a peel. It’s nearly impossible to effectively wash away pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and synthetic wax from your produce, but if it has a peel you can safely discard it and eat the unadulterated flesh inside. 👌🏽This way you can save money by buying some conventional produce that’s still safe to eat.⠀
In saying that, peel or no peel, organic produce tests higher for phytochemical content, which means more antioxidants, flavonoids, etc than conventional fruit and veg. So eating more organic is like increasing your GPA without studying. You get oodles of extra benefits for no extra effort. 👍🏽⠀
Not to mention, organic always tastes better! 😋

To make this fresh, you’ll need ice cubes of juice of any choice (I used pineapple one) and fruit purée of any choice too (I used blended mango, but banana, papaya or any berries would work perfect too). Simply pour fruit purée over juice ice cubes and you’ll have a delicious cocktail to cool you down on hot sunny days ☀️☀️🧡😎😎😎
I made myself best pudding yet, as for this present moment here and now. Blend of 4 pears, 2 large mangoes and cinnamon, sprinkle that brown awesomeness on top and nothing can beat that taste in my reality right now 😋
