SHOULDER WORK 🔥 Solid shoulder workout right here. The 2 compounds I did are Standing Military Press with the barbell and the Seated Military Press on the Smith Machine. Pay attention to the different type of tension that free weights have on your muscles VS. the smith machine. The free weights you have to stabilize. The machine weights are already stabilized so you just have to focus on pushing for that pump non stop. Both feel nice and both have a time and a place.
