SHOULDER DAY 💪🏽🔥
I like to pick 2 compound exercises for shoulders.
I typically will start with one and then finish with one at the end or towards the end of my workout.
Here I chose Standing DB press and Standing Military press as my compounds.
Then I keep in mind that I want to target all 3 parts of the delt.
So I get the side lateral raises, the front raises and the rear delt flys.
I also like to hit my traps on shoulders days so we include the shrugs.
This is what I aim for on my shoulder days. Sometimes I don’t get it all but this is my goal for a super successful shoulder day! 👊🏽
