It's an ancient Pakistani tradition to dye beards red, purple, orange, sometimes even green... This stunning shot was captured in Lahore by TBB photographer @roamingralph

This is Chimigi, Chimmy for short. Me and @persiangypsy
found her half dead on a beach a couple of weeks ago. She was severely dehydrated and weighed just 0.92kg. We have been looking after her, and have utterly fallen in love with her, ever since. I recently found out that my plans have changed and I won’t be heading to Pakistan as I couldn’t get the visa... the silver lining is that I get to spend more time looking after this amazing being :)
Today, missing Crossfit, I drove all the way from Ubud for an early morning partner workout - 22 rounds of 3 bear complex, 6 burpees and 100 meter sprint! Happy to have my amigo Mark to crush it with. Staying fit on the road is, for me, the biggest drawback about traveling all the time as it’s tough to stay in optimal shape... what do you do when traveling to stay fit?
Indonesia is a truly magical place... I’ve spent the last month exploring Bali by myself and have now been joined by Nina. . Tomorrow, my parents fly out to meet her for the first time. Bali is an island of chill and magic but recently, there’s been sadness on the horizon.
The nearby island of Lombok has been rocked by several massive earthquakes and hundreds of people have been killed as buildings collapsed and landslides engulfed the roads.
Most tourists have now evacuated the popular area but for the tens of thousands of local people, there is nowhere to go. People have been left without food, clean water, clothing, electricity or shelter. Many have lost literally everything.
Relief efforts are scrambling into action and all across Bali fundraising is in full force to try and alleviate the situation - and you can help :)
My friend @mylifesatravelmovie
is arranging for a boatload of supplies to be sent to a humanitarian organisation that is, right now, on the ground providing support and shelter for thousands of people in this difficult time.
Rather than buying a coffee today, consider donating a couple of bucks to bit.ly/LombokEarthquakes - it will make a huge difference to the resources we are able to send to Lombok :)
