5 am wake up after an almost 16 hour shift on street. As much as I hated my Drill Instructors I give them the utmost respect. - Being a trainer, you have to wake up before the recruits, go to bed after them, all while appearing as energized as ever. - It’s a humbling experience to train and lead 🇺🇸
If it were easy, then everyone would do it. - If there was no struggle then everyone would be where you are. - Nothing worth having ever came easy in life, so fight day in and day out for what you want.

I told myself, when I first got into lifting, that I wasn’t gonna compete. Three meets later, goals to make it to nationals, and a drive to break records, I’ve dived head first into the sport. - I think when you set goals, you can accomplish more and see results better. The best advice I can give is to set the bar high and shoot for it. - No matter what your goal is, reach it and never stop setting goals. You’ll find your drive to get there never stops.

The deadlift works more muscles simultaneously than any other movement. - With that being said, form is everything. It’s taken years of deadlifting for me to settle into my form and still always bettering myself. Critiques from fellow powerlifters and trainers have helped tremendously. Never be afraid to take advice in the gym. - Never sacrifice more weight for form in any lift. Stay humble and lift for the sky.
