This is the core team behind TOP. There is SO much into simply getting a plate of food to the table. Brooke oversees Day to Day Operations and Sales. She makes sure we are booking jobs and everything is organized for events. Alvin makes sure that all that is needed for our supplies and events is packed and really so much more. He’s our utility player than can do almost anything. Jessalyn is the production chef that makes sure all the food is ordered, on budget, tastes amazing and oversees execution. Vida manages all the FOH staffing and runs most of the FOH staff at events. I have never needed a solid team more so now than ever before with a newborn and a second new business (so basically two babies at once.) I am eternally grateful for my team for believing in me and what we do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

relatives is a big mover and shaker in the CA agriculture scene and started a local park and edible garden in Irvine called @thenurserybysouthwinds
. It was just an empty parking lot! Then, right down the road he is also a part of the Food + Lab farm project that is an example of how people can grow food in small areas like your backyard. Pictured is an apple tree grown to be tall and thin for skinny yards. Also pictured is a clipping from the pear tree resurrected from the Ground Zero ruble: soon it will bear fruit. And THEN we topped it off with a visit to the family strawberry farm. 🍓All of the smells inspired me to make things like lavender ice milk 🍨and pickled green strawberries and celery arugula 🥬anything and everything!
