There's no such thing as too many sweets when you're Greek. My mom and I knocked these out yesterday afternoon as we waited for dinner to finish cooking. I've been baking with her since I was little. My time in the kitchen with her has always been the best Christmas gift.

I am always so honored when friends (and friends of friends) ask me to make a cake for their special occasions. I was even more excited to make this GF chocolate cake with some of the best chocolate I've tried to date. It's called Cordillera, a single origin Colombian bean, that is not only beautiful in flavor but in use. My good friends at @viola_imports
introduced me to this, and I feel like I struck gold with this line.
