Bonsoir tout le monde 😊 (Good evening everyone) I am writting this from Nice, France. This city is GORGEOUS, clean, and it is right on the coast. This area isn’t called "cΓ΄te d’azure" (Azure coast) for nothing, the water is the most beautiful shade of blue that I have seen. Take a look at my stories to see what I mean πŸ˜‰. What is the most beautiful place that you have ever traveled to? Clothes: @boutiquealma , makeup: @ruth_marquez_mua β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”-
*SWIPE to see the photo retouch by hubby *Going live Sunday 5pm ET - travel updates - Good afternoon loves! Sorry I have been mia these last few days. We travelled from Granada, Spain to Marseille, France, and today we arrived in Nice, France. So many things happened during our trip (good & bad)! Kefa and I will be going live Sunday at 5PM ET to update you on everything! In this picture I am wearing clothes from my absolute favorite store in Granada, Spain @boutiquealma ! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photo by @kefaophotography

(SWIPE to see a time-lapse of the retouch) Hi loves, happy Saturday! Kefa & I are so sad today because after 3 weeks in Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ , we are leaving 😭! It’s bittersweet. We are heading to France πŸ‡«πŸ‡· which we are excited about, but honestly we could have stayed in Spain even longer. That’s how much we have loved being here. Tonight we say goodbye to all the tapas, paellas & churros, & tomorrow we say, β€œhello croissants, chocolatine & fondueβ€πŸ˜‹! In this picture, again, I’m wearing clothes from my favorite boutique (@boutiquealma ) here in Granada. I found this super cute Winter set (hat, gloves and scarf) that I just couldn’t resist! πŸ™ˆ. For this shoot, my makeup was also done by the talented makeup artist @ruth_marquez_mua at the MAC Store here in Granada. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” #outfitgoals #fashionaddicted #outfitgram #outfitoftoday #cuteoutfit #casuallook #ootdwomen #ootdsubmit #stylista #igstyle #ootdwatch #ootdfash #fashionistastyle #ootddaily #casualfashion #fashionistagram #classyandfashionable #stylediary #streetstyleinspo #dailystyle #ootdinspo #streetstyled #stylegoals #casualchic #streetstylefashion #ootdstyle #lookofday #todayslook #instafashionista
Granada… if I could describe this city in one word it would be Β¨diversityΒ¨ because it is diverse in every aspect. That is one of the many things that I learned during my tour of the Alhambra with Walk in Granada @walkingranada. Many nations lived here (Spanish, Arabs, Jews, Gypsies…), also many religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism…) & languages. You can see the diversity in the fruits that grow here (many where brought here from different parts of the world), but the most shocking contrast to me is the fact that you can be sitting next to a palm tree hidding from the sun because it is super and also see the snow-capped Sierra Nevada moutains a few miles away! Doing the Alhambra tour at the beginning of my stay here was really helpful. I learned so much which made me appreciate this city even more - so much that we decided to stay an extra week!
(SWIPE to see full video) I couldn’t go to Portugal without learning how to make my favorite pastry: pastel de nata aka my first love 😻😹 (I hope my husband dosen’t read this πŸ™ˆ haha!). If you go to Portugal, you will see them everywhere but if you want the best of the best, you must go to @pastelariabatalha_lisboa in Lisbon! Not only you can eat fresh pastel de nata there, you can also take a super fun class to learn how to make them so that is what we did! First, we met with JoΓ£o (the owner of the bakery) and we tried a few pastries, then we went to the kitchen and he explained to us how pastel de nata was invented and then the cooking class began! We learned so much about the process and the ingredients but the best part was that we got to eat the pastries that we made and it was SO GOOD! You don’t have to have any experience to go to the class, JoΓ£o will teach you everything that you need to know in order to make these super yummy pastries πŸ˜‹... now I am craving some πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™€!
Are you a fan of the nutcracker? I am πŸ™‹πŸ»! This is the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this beautiful dress (SWIPE to see more) from alma Boutique (@boutiquealma ) here in Granada, Spain, & I just couldn’t resist it πŸ™ˆ! Plus since Christmas πŸŽ„is just around the corner, it is the perfect dress for an event this season. Once again, this is why I like @boutiquealma so much. They have so many super cute, irresistible selections. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photo by @kefaophotography
Let me tell you about my best friend in Granada, Spain. There is this super cute Boutique in Granada called alma Boutique (@boutiquealma ). Their clothes, accessories & styles are amazing. The store itself is super cute & lovely, that going through the racks of coats, pants & dresses before making a selection alone was like being a kid in a candy store - yes! it was that exciting. That’s what made the experience of modeling these awesome collections so much fun. I can’t begin to express how much I love this entire look from the boutique - this is literally the cutest, most unique coat I’ve ever work. Not only is it comfortable, but coupled with this fall/winter sweater & brown pants (both also from alma Boutique), it’s such a cute look. Working with Veronica (boutique manager) to put this look and a few others together was a great experience. Check out their page & amazing collections. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”- Photos by @kefaophotography
Hola a todos (SWIPE), I hope that you had a good Thanksgiving πŸ¦ƒ! Kefa & I are still in Granada, Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ, and we are loving it 😊. Let me tell you a few of my observations so far: Everything closes from 2 to 5pm for the siesta-everyone just goes to eat & relax. When you ask for directions, they will take the time to explain them to you in detail to ensure that you understand where you’re going. Something that surprised me a bit; they aren’t afraid of touching you. At least five times, a complete stranger asked me a question while either touching my arm, grabbing my shoulder or touching my face (an employee at Sephora while feeling my skin texture haha!). That never happens in New York. They are also very sweet - I have been called: Β¨guapaΒ¨(beautiful), Β¨mi almaΒ¨(my soul), Β¨mi amorΒ¨(my love) by neighbhoors or cashiers at supermarkets. To me it’s just very refreshing to be surrounded by people who are still human & have respect towards one another. On another note, we still havenΒ΄t figured out our next destination. Any suggestions? β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Top By @symplistyle Frame Leggings By @symplistyle Photo by @kefaophotography β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Happy Wednesday everyone! Do you like Port wine 🍷? I do πŸ™‹πŸ»! I wanted to share this amazing Port Wine Tour that we got to do with @portowalkers when were in Porto, Portugal πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Ή! First, we met next to the Douro River (which leads to the Douro Valley, where Port wine is made) and we crossed the river and visited 3 different wine lodges. We tried 7 different types of Port Wine over a period of 4-5 hours. Not only was the experience a lot of fun, but it was also very informative. Our guide David was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (which were many πŸ™ˆ). We visited a cellar, and also got a wine tasting session in a professional tasting room that had access to a roof top with a beautiful view of the city of Porto. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! Kefa & I left the U.S. almost 3 weeks ago now & have been doing so much here in Europe! We visited 4 different cities in Portugal & are now in our 2nd city in Spain (Granada). We might stay here in Spain for a little bit more & then move on to possibly France, Italy, & I am not sure where else for now! I will be doing a live session tomorrow at 4:30pm EST to update you on what we have been doing, some partnerships & how everything is going 😊. Please let me know if you have any questions & I will address them tomorrow during the live session! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photos by @kefaophotography
(SWiPE to see all pics) Yes, you guessed it! This is me: πŸ’ƒπŸ½! haha! Just kidding πŸ™ˆ! Here is another amazing dress from @dominguezfernandezmodistas , the color and the details are just incredible! Fun fact: Every month of April, there is a 7 day long Fair in Sevilla where people meet up every day, the girls wear flamenco dresses and everyone just dances, eats and has fun! What a fun event! (I will have to come back in April next year to see it, and since my husband has become a β€œprofessional Flamenco dancer,” he will not want to miss it 😜!) β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Today was such a fun day in Sevilla, I had the opportunity of modeling flamenco dresses πŸ’ƒπŸ½ (SWIPE) at Plaza de EspaΓ±a πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ. What a dream!Β Β This dress was made by @dominguezfernandezmodistas which specializes in custom made Flamenco dresses! I was really impressed to see the beauty of this dress and to know that each dress takes roughly one week to be made. The details are incredible, and it really is a piece of art! I can’t wait to show you more! β€”- SWIPE to see a private "sevillana" dance performance that we got from our new friends here in Sevilla πŸ˜€ and of course, Kefa had to try 😜!!! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Seville Spain - (SWIPE to see the video of my husband doing his version of a flamenco danceπŸ’ƒ to compete with a professional). This is the second time around that I’m visiting this city, & it’s still just as beautiful & charming as ever. It’s one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited. Today, we spent a lot of time at the Plaza de Espana, which alone is a work of art. We also spent time watching some Flamenco dancers, & that was such a treat. It’s amazing how intense but beautiful so many of the dance moves are. Overall, it was such a lovely day, & I’m so excited for additional days we have in this city, and the fun things we have planned - one is currently a secret ;). β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photos by @kefaophotography Top by @symplistyle
Hey guys, One of best European experiences (SWIPE) we have enjoyed so far is the Bite Mojo food tour in Lisbon, Portugal. What’s particularly special about this tour is that it is self-guided, which means you get to visit a total of 6 restaurants at your pace to sample local cuisines, wines & deserts. The tour also provides you with valuable information about the restaurants that you’re visiting, and local attractions. In the fist video, we enjoyed visiting Fado & Wine - a gourmet restaurant that specializes in tapas & wine. Here, we sampled the famous Port wine with pastel de bacalhau - a traditional fried cake consisting of cod fish & potatoes. It was delicious. In the second video (SWIPE), we visited …Casa de Ovos Moles em Lisbon, where we sampled a variety of delicious egg desserts πŸ˜‹. Visit the Bite Mojo page for the host cities, so that if you’re ever in any of these cities, you can take part in this amazing experience. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
The second stop on my private tour with Susana from @vangotourism was SO beautiful & breathtaking! (SWIPE) We went to Sintra (30 km away from Lisbon), first to Pena Park which is a huge garden filled with exoctic trees & small monuments. As we walked & enjoyed the beauty of the park, Susana explained to us the story of the Palace we were about to see: Pena Palace (SWIPE to see some pics of the palace). Having a detailed history lesson on the Palace really made me understand & appreciate it even more. This is just one of the perks of having a private guide with you 😊! I’m excited about sharing some of the videos from the tour this week. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photo by @kefaophotography Full outfit by @symplistyle β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Portugal can’t stop surprising me! Thanks to our super knowledgeable & nice tour guide Susana from @vangotourism we have visited some amazing places that aren’t as super touristic, and we learnt a lot about the Portuguese culture. One of the places that really surprised me was Museu da Filigrana (@museudafiligrana ). It is the first & only Filigree Museum in Portugal. Prior to visiting the museum for a tour (organized by Susana), I didn’t know much about Filigree. But thanks to Ana at the museum, I got to learn about the history of the traditional silver & gold Portuguese jewelry, & the process of making these beautiful hand-made jewelry. In these pictures (SWIPE), I’m wearing the traditional Hoop Earring, & a Bead bracelet. Both pieces are hand-made here in Portugal. Thanks to Ana and her team, - Interesting fact: I learnt that it is Portuguese tradition to give one bead (like the ones in the bracelet) at a time to girls on special occasions (like birthdays) until they have enough beads to create a necklace. Wow! What an amazing tradition. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Photo by @kefaophotography β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
β€œStop & stare” at this awesome look by @symplistyle. I’m so excited to partner with @symplistyle for this look (leggings & black top) because I love their collections. For our European trip, packing light was important, and I was so excited when this beautiful set arrived just in time to be packed. It has been one of my favorite outfits for this trip. The frame leggings are so cute & flattering, and with this mildly-cold Lisbon temperature, they have been so super comfortable for our tours. Check out @symplistyle for this look, especially the frame Leggings. So just stop staring & get yourself a pair already! You won’t regret it. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Top By @symplistyle Frame Leggings By @symplistyle Photo by @kefaophotography β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Wine flies when you are having fun! 🍷😜 Haha, in my case, I kid, but honestly I had so much fun at @quintadopiloto & I am so grateful that Susana from @vangotourism brought us here for an awesome private tour. I didn’t know how much work goes into making quality wine, so it was fun to see the process. What is your favorite type of wine? β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Top: Lace Shorty Top By @symplistyle Pants: Frame Leggings By @symplistyle Photo by @kefaophotography β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
