OCD isn't just about straight lines and sorting things by colour - it can be a debilitating condition that can have a profound affect on those living with the experience. Help us this during this #ocdWoA by sharing our message.

Having conversations about mental health can break down barriers. That's why we run @TimetoChangeCampaign with our friends at @mindcharity. It’s a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health - to talk, to listen, to change lives. There are lots of different ways to have a conversation about mental health.
