every three months with more tips and drills to help keep you going.

I wasn’t feeling up for practice today after getting a tetanus shot in my arm, but I made a commitment to practice 5 minutes every day.
So here it is...just 5 minutes...and it was fun AND easy!
Some days after 5 minutes I may feel great and continue for more, and other days, it might be 5 minutes of core drills and some finger pushups. Make your daily commitment doable and you’ll succeed.
