Started a new Job Framing.
I was doing masonry for a couple years but I have to say walking on top of a 2×6 with nothing to hold on to 20 feet in the air is scarier than building scaffold. I genuinely enjoy framing and I absolutely hated doing masonry. Just a new set of skills to develop.
This is just everyday life for so many construction workers.
Nobody told me in order to be a good framer you also have to be part acrobat and not be afraid to walk on top of 20 foot walls setting trusses. But maybe if someone told me I would have not taken the job. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I get to learn a new trade and work on my balance in the process lol.
Yesterday on of the "catwalks" you see in the picture broke with the trusses and us ontop.
We all almost shit our pants.

My daughters Elf on the shelf sent them a selfie from the north pole.
Amazing isn't it?
I took the elf and made him look like he was taking a selfie
I erased the background and put the image of the elf on top of a picture I found of the "northpole"
Christmas dad level: Expert 1000%
I also did the same with santa in my livingroom christmas night but I'm not showing my messy living room on here.. sry

This is so sad to watch!
Things like this happen all over America as well. Maybe not these exact same demographic but either way getting jumped is quite scary, but this is just a part of daily life for people in parts of Europe. What do you expect when thousands of migrants that literally hate your culture flood your country? Could you imagine this the other way around? The media would be outraged. This gets hidden and people have such terrible perspective on what's really going on so it's hard to blame them. So share this.

Tiny home anyone?
Took longer than I thought for a friend and I to install this sub-floor and lay insulation. Hoping to have walls and roof done tomorrow 🤠
