If you are married with kids or living the single life, you’re enough. We have to stop comparing ourselves and cutting ourselves down. We are powerful, world changing women. And we are MORE than enough!
Some weeks you crush the game, other weeks you have to just find the NSV’s in your week. This week my tracking has been much less than perfect. BUT, a few years ago I drank regular Dr. Pepper and White Chocolate Mochas like a mad woman. It was probably my entire days worth of calories in like two drinks. Today, I’m having Coffee with SF hazelnut syrup, nutpods and a little stevia! That’s a win y’all!
