I noticed a big change from my bulk within a week and a half. I gained about 8 pounds!!! Went from 209 to 217🦍, but if you want to put on some weight and BULK do roughly around 16-18 calories multiplied by your body weight. Anyways everything I do now has to be Heavy and high intensity.
