Last fall I incorporated at-home workouts, thanks to Sarah’s (@mrsj2925 ) recommendation of @jessicasmithtv on YouTube- the ONLY equipment I have is a set of 5lb weights. I don’t even have a gym membership . Today, at the hotel gym, I really took a moment to appreciate my body- especially my arms, back & shoulders. I missed the “compliment yourself” day during #7daysforeverybody so here it is: I am SO PROUD of this- not only for making fitness a part of my routine- but, like- LOOK AT THAT DEFINITION! 🙌🏼 I never thought I’d be someone who was even capable of this (I go on & on in my stories about this in case you’re interested 😂) . Just had THE MOST FABULOUS brunch at @oakandalmond (a farm to table restaurant!) - my mother & I decided to take snow-staycation, and what staycation doesn’t include brunch?! . “The bee’s knees” - gin + honey lavender syrup . Farm-fresh salad with avocado, salmon, poached eggs & a lemon vinaigrette . Pear + blueberry cobbler with in-house vanilla bean gelato . Espresso + amaretto .
