“Happy Friday yogis! Hope you can have some rest at the end of this day 😌
Sadly it is also the last day of #FeetUpYoga
Challenge... Everything comes to an end, but to relieve sadness, we can always calm down and find time for us to relax... 😉
I love this pose with legs up on the wall, a sort of eased viparita karani, to prepare myself to deep relaxation and then for meditation.
➡️ If you have a #FeetUp
® Trainer, you can lay your back on it, interlace your fingers behind your neck and relax while stretching a little chest and shoulders.
➡️ If you have an eye pillow you can also use it ❤ I LOVE my pillow 😍 it smells of lavander and has such a delicate touch 😌
➡️ After some minutes, release the pose and relax dropping back your head for some breaths. Then…Savasana
Thank you for each and everyone of you who enjoy us in this journey! I love playing with and your posts have been a big source of inspiration for my practice! THANK YOU 🤗” ( 🙏🏻 - @marastina
