565lbs x 3 for a rep PR. I pulled this for a double a few months ago. So glad something is still improving as my bench and squat stall. Hopefully building up for 600lbs at Nats. The rest of the work out felt like crap but I think that's because how spent I get mentally after any PR. Anyone else have shitty work outs following a PR? 475lb x 5 for a huge PR on my narrow stance snatch grip sumo deadlift! Best conventional deadlift session I've ever had. 4 years ago I pulled this for the ugliest single ever. Squat and Bench didn't see an 3rd week bump, and I walked into this session only expecting 3. So this was a nice surprise and great way to finish this conventional block. Boo... 445lbs x 4 again, same reps is better than less reps (but not as good as more reps 😂). Knees shot back on 4th rep, had to grind it out. The bar ended up in a weird place, I wasn't gonna take the 5th rep but pins were up so might as well see what I got. And that was nothing haha.
