Is anyone else battling winter skin and hair? I’ve had to reassess my whole skin + hair care routine this year and after a lot of trial and error, I think I’ve figured it out! 🙋🏻♀️✨👩🏻

is begging to go hiking this weekend so looks like we will be in for a chilly day filled awesome views and length of fresh air! 🗻🐿🦔🌲 What do you have planned this weekend?
My goals for 2019? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
WORK OUT IN THE MORNINGS AND START THE DAY OFF RIGHT.
With 20+ years of research on the subject, I can say with certainty that working out in the mornings adds hours to my days. Working out at night? Not so much. I want to make it an active part of my day to start with a workout or physical activity of some sort.
BECOME A MORNING PERSON AND PUT MY LATE NIGHT OWL HABITS TO BED.
I have often joked that Tim and I have completely different schedules. I am the night owl of the pair. Like, 4 AM might night oil runs and I can run on less than 5 hours of sleep. So, 2019 is the year I become a morning person.
READ MORE. THE CLASSICS, THE NEW BOOKS THAT CATCH MY EYE… JUST READ MORE.
Every year I say I want to read more. Some years I read more than others, some years I barely finish a handful of books. At the end of the year, no matter how many books I read, I always wish I read more.
POST ABOUT THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS JOURNEY OF 2019 IN CASE SOMEWHERE SOMEONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT MY LIFE AND WHAT I DO.
When I first started CW, it was mainly to journal about our travels but I find myself wanting to write about more than just where we go and what we do. Especially since we’ve moved to Tennessee… So expect to see more on the blog. New year, new things!
Do you have any goals for #2019
I’m so excited that Tim and I are spending the weekend exploring Biltmore! We will be picking up next wine club wins and I am SUPER EXCITED because this selection has some amazing wines.
Asheville is suppose to be getting 5-8 inches of snow so we will be bundling up! I’ve linked this outfit + some of my favorite cozy items on the @liketoknow.it

As a Florida girl, I always thought that dehydration was a thing for summer days and sweaty adventures. But the truth is even during winter hikes you’ve got to hydrate. We’re big fans of @drinkhydrant
for everything hydration- post workout, on the trails, on hot days, cold days, and everything in between!
With no artificial flavors or colors, Hydrant is #vegan
AND based on @who
I’ve linked some of our favorite go to athleisure pieces for on and off the trials too! You can instantly shop them by following me on the LIKEtoKNOW.it app, just look up “circawanderlust” http://liketk.it/2yGTi #liketkit @liketoknow.it
I’m finally in the Holiday mood guys! I’ve got Christmas music playing and im sipping hot cocoa ❤️ What are some of your favorite holiday traditions?
Let’s get to know each other! There’s a few things most people don’t know about me...
1. I am a sucker for anything acoustic and a good Mix Tape. I love music and even though it’s been a few years since I’ve been to a concert, live music makes my heart happy. And if you get the reference we probably would have been friends in high school.
2. One of my favorite cities in the world is Istanbul. I studied there abroad in college and absolutely fell in love 🥰 with the history, food, culture, and people. I would go back in a heart beat!
3. I have a tattoo inspired by one of my favorite songs by @okayfineandy
’s side project, Right Away, Great Captain! It’s a world map on the back of my arm and I got it waaay before map tattoos were “cool” so people use to ask me all the time what it was.
4. I could eat pizza all day any day and then have it again the next day. Pizza is life. 🍕 And Colombian Ajiaco 🤤
5. I’ll try anything once and even though I try to eat plant based, if I am in another country and someone offers me food I never turn it down!
What is something most people don’t know about you?😀
I’m so excited I just booked our trip to NYC for April! It’s been over 10 years since I’ve really explored the city so give me alllll your big apple 🍎 suggestions!❤️❤️❤️
🎶In my Tennessee mountain home
Life is as peaceful as a baby's sigh

Its good to be back home, y’all!
Someone once said to bloom where you are planted, but I think there is a lot to be said for taking a leap of faith and making you’re own destiny.
You’ve got to do what’s best for you. You can’t set yourself on fire to keep other warm. So, don’t bloom where your planted, bloom where you can be the best most beautiful flower. If you’re lucky, it won’t be too far from where you were planted.
What do you think?
Crazy to think that in just 10 hours of driving we can go from 30 degree TN weather to full blown summer in FL.
I’m ready for sweaters again, thank you very much!
Raise your hand if you’ve already had thanksgiving leftovers? 🙋🏻♀️ I’ve already hit up the pumpkin pie and mashed potatoes which makes me super thankful for these awesome high waisted pull on pants!
What are your favorite thanksgiving day left overs? And have you already had some?

Live to your fullest potential, no matter who you loose along the way. Those who matter will stick around to see your greatness, those who leave couldn’t handle your shine.
"The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. As long as this exists, and it certainly always will, then there will be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be." -Anne Frank
The older I get, the less I have time for bullshit, people who need more than I can give, and things that don’t bring me joy. There is a great amount of freedom in saying “No” and allowing yourself to only peruse things that make you happy.
This is my year of saying “no” to things I don’t want to do or participate in and it’s been pretty rad so far to take ownership of my life this way.
Here’s to the things that make us happy and give us joy!
Fall was short lived this year it seems so on to winter we go! I’m completely obsessed with this Hooded Anorak Jacket from @nyandcompany
- No joke guys, I have it in 4 different colors 🤷🏻♀️ it’s so easy to layer too so I’m willing to bet you’ll see more of it on my feed! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
AND it’s currently on sale for under $50! Follow me on the LIKEtoKNOW.it app to get the product details for this look and others 🥰

Guys, all I want to do is snuggle up with a cozy blanket and have a nice cup of tea! With the temperature dropping, Tim and I have been spending a lot of our free time doing autumnal activities (like seeing the leaves and exploring Cades Cove!) and as you can tell, I’m turning throw blankets into a fashion accessory! 🤣 I’ve linked a few of my favorite throws for movie nights and couch snuggles, so make sure you follow me on the @liketoknow.it
