@bigjenni & I were just on Telemundo speaking on Intermittent Fasting 🕑 🍽 . . @albornozvero interviewed us for Un Nuevo Dia! We had some delicious fresh Pasta 🍝 from @caffeanello with some Sausage, Peppers & Onions Shrimp, & Bread. . . Their nutritionists agree with Intermittent Fasting but are focused on “clean eating” rather than actually “counting nutrients” and fitting in plenty of enjoyable foods in addition to the lbs & lbs of fruits and veggies they may or may not have noticed. They don’t think we can get the nutrients or be healthy with the foods they see us eat. However my personal diet has already been proven on Dr. Oz including my perfect health after doing this for over 5 years. I’ll link the segment on my insta story now. 📛 The people who ask WHERE’S YOUR TRAINING VIDS BRO 🤔❓ are the same people who will skip right over this post. For months on end people have been asking my why I don't post any "training" vids when I’ve been posting them the whole time 😂. . . The way I maintained my physique in the 6 months I took off from the gym was mainly proper nutrition while my “training” was 90% bike fun. There was a small percentage of fight training and some half assed at home workouts; literally standing up from the computer every 5-10 minutes until I get 10 shitty sets done . . Throwing 26-30 lb bikes around is pretty much a full body workout. Sure it doesn't directly target all muscles and sure it's not great for mass building but its fucking fun for me. It's easy to push yourself when its fun. Your legs might be burning 🔥 but you wanna keep that wheel up so you push those burning legs with a smile 😬🔥. . . So many people are looking for secret in some serious training regimen when the answer is in the eating. I teach people how to EAT according to THEIR training OR complete lack of training. I DON'T tell people to try and out-train a bad diet. Sure, cardio IS great, however doing an hour of miserable cardio to eat something which lasts for 10-15 minutes is a horrible ROI. Yea I lost some gym strength (which I noticed with my first visit back to the gym last week) but who cares? I'm not the how much can you lift, bro 🤔❓guy. I’m not good at bodybuilding nor do I care to be. I’m cool with doing a somewhat okay job. Somewhat okay job is much easier to maintain. . . Now that it's getting cold in NJ and dark out early, I haven't been on my bike nearly as much and won't be riding like I was for the next 6 months or so. So I'll be returning back to Equinox at least a few times a week. If my TDEE drops, nobody will notice by looking at my meals. This is the same thing I do every winter. If you try to follow my diet through these Instagram posts, you will be lost. . . Just like me posting my eating vids doesn't teach you how to do The Blake Diet, me posting my training vids won't teach you how to get lean or shredded either. . . Continued in comments...
