No snack, full course 😜
This was last summer running 3 miles 3x’s a week eating whatever I wanted. #fbf
I’ve been keeping my skincare regimen simple this week with 4 basic steps: cleanse, tone, moisturize, and protect. However, this arsenal of products are far basic and addresses my hydration and hyperpigmentation issues. .
🍃Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel is a staple of mine. It cleanses without stripping or drying the skin. It’s also fragrance and color free. And when I run out of body wash it’s my go to. .
🍃Dermalogica Antioxidant Hydramist does wonders for hydrating the skin while giving it a dewy look. It contains aloe vera juice and sodium pca (humectant), which protects the skin from dryness by binding moisture to the dermis and attracting water to the skin from the surrounding air. I NEVER travel without it. .
🍃 Sunday Riley Good Genes, truly cannot stress how much I love this product. If you’re dealing with dull uneven, textured, blemished skin, or even a few fine lines, this is for you. The lactic acid in this product exfoliates the hell out of your skin (in a good way). It not only fades dark marks but it also brightens and plumps the skin. Though it’s specified as a treatment I use it as a moisturizer as well. It's also hella expensive but hella worth it. .
🍃Glossier Invisible Shield SPF 35 has been my go-to since it launched. It’s a light weight watergel formula that absorbs into the skin. No greasy residue or white cast like most spfs I’ve encountered. It adds to the hydration situation imo. ‘Tis a solid product and a little goes a long way.
