Cinnamon crepes with melted nut nougat cream, blueberries, pomegranate and granola by @fitness_bianca 💙 Recipe: 100gr flour. 100ml milk of choice. 100ml sparkling water (or more milk). 1-2 tbsp sugar of choice. A bit vanilla, cinnamon. Coconut oil for frying. Mix flour, milk, water and sugar with a bit vanilla and cinnamon. Let the dough set for about 5 minutes. Add a bit more milk if you prefer thinner crepes or add more flour if they should be thicker. Heat up oil in a pan on high heat and bake the crepes briefly (for about 1-2 minutes) each side.

Raw brownies with avocado frosting by @datesandavocados 🍫 Recipe. For the brownies: 1 + 1/2 cup pecan nuts. 2 cups walnuts. 2 cups soft Medjool dates, pitted and chopped. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs. 1 vanilla bean, seeded. 2 tsp coconut oil, melted 1 tsp tahini. 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt. For the frosting: 1/4 cup cashew milk. Half of a large ripe avocado. 1/2 cup raw cacao powder. 3 Tbsp coconut nectar. 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp coconut sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted. Pinch of pink Himalayan salt. No bake gingerbread truffles by @thelittleblogofvegan 💖 Recipe: 200g of gluten-free ginger cookies. 100g of vegan cream cheese. 100g of dairy-free white chocolate. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Place the ginger cookies into a food processor/blender and whizz up until crumb-like. If you don't have a blender, pop the cookies into a plastic bag, cover with a tea towel and crush with a rolling pin. Place the crushed cookies into a bowl and add in the cream cheese. Mix the cookies and cream cheese together until you have a smooth mixture. Using clean hands, form the mixture into small balls and place onto the lined baking tray. Repeat for all of the mixture. Place the tray into the freezer whilst you melt the chocolate. Remove the truffles from the freezer, stick a cocktail stick into the balls then dip them into the melted chocolate, twisting to coat. Gently tap the truffle on the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate then immediately place the truffle back onto the tray. Double choc hazelnut cookies by @vanillacrunnch 🍫 Recipe: ¾ cup Spelt flour. ¼ cup finely shredded hazelnut. ¼ cup cacao powder. ⅓ cup coconut blossom sugar. ¼ cup coconut oil, room temperature. ¼ cup almond milk. Apinch of fine sea salt. ½ cup chopped dark chocolate (70gr). 2 tbsp almond milk. ⅓ cup dark chocolate (40gr). 1 tbsp coconut oil. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients from spelt flour to salt and combine until you have a homogenous dough. Between two sheets of baking paper roll out the dough. Take a champagne glass or a cookie cutter and cut 20 Cookies and place them on a with baking paper prepared with baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the baking sheet with the cookies on the cold balcony or in the fridge for 10 minutes before putting them into the oven. Bake for 8-10 Minutes and let cool down. For the filling, carefully heat the milk with the chocolate and once melted put in the freezer until it hardens again a little. With your hands for little balls and then press into discs between two cookies. For the coating simply melt the oil with the chocolate and dip and sprinkle cookie with it. Caramel apple crepes with served with cinnamon roasted apples, caramel sauce, peanut butter and coconut whipped cream by @vanelja 🍎 Recipe (makes about 5 crepes). Crepes: 1 cup oat flour (or rolled oats blended to flour). 5 tbsp potato starch. 2 tbsp coconut sugar. Tiny pinch of sea salt. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup sparkly water. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted. Preheat the skillet. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add vanilla, sparkly water and oil. Stir until even. Add a drop of coconut oil on the skillet and pour on some dough so that you get a thin round crepe. Cook until the surface looks dry, flip with a thin spatula and cook the other side. Prepare the rest of the crepes. Caramel sauce: 6 fresh dates, pitted & peeled. 3 tbsp peanut butter. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Little bit water. Place the dates, peanut butter and vanilla into s blender and blend until smooth. Vegan chocolate mousse by @dani_fitlifestyle 🍫 Recipe: 1/3 can chickpeas water (Aquafaba). 7g melted coconut oil. 7g cocoa powder. Sweetener of choice. Optional: vanilla Flavordrops. Beat the Aquafaba until stiff. Mix coconut oil and cocoa with sweetener and fold the Aquafaba. Fill in a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours.
