Balancing is a highly valuable skill we do not practice nearly enough in our modern fitness training system. In the confines of “nature” balancing skills are continuously demanded to be at your highest level. Practicing your balancing skills mobilizes & stabilizes the main joints in your legs (feet, ankles, knees, hips). If you want to step your game up and decrease your risk of injury, balancing has to be included in your fitness training!

By age 14, girls are twice as likely as boys to drop out of sports.
Our mission with SHE
MOVES is to empower girls to stay active and in sport for life, by providing them with the environment they need to thrive and reach their full potential!
Do you know a girl in grades 7-9?? On October 13th they will have the opportunity to learn about their physical well-being and ways of keeping active both inside and outside of sport. The day will also include a mindfulness exercise and guest speaker, Sue Wigston, who will discuss “Impact” and empowerment.
All funds raised through the She Moves event will be used to financially support a local, youth female to participate in her sport or activity for the year.
Instil Physio will also provide the successful nominee with physiotherapy and wellness services for 1 year (includes services offered at Instil Physio).
