I was attempting to meditate today and figured I’d start off with a chant. The first thing that came to mind was “Wipe front to back and up the crack.” This comes from having to remind my oldest velociraptor on how to properly wipe his butt while at school so many times this week. That #momlife

Hi friends👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻My stretching today, from downward dog to shoulder stretching, it is suitable for someone who feel painful of the shoulder and want to open the chest more, the height base on your need and make sure you feel your shoulder is stretching. Legs can be straight and let your chest lied down on the floor slowly . Don’t force and enjoy it .🤪
I listen to my ig’s friend’s opinion and try to make some simple stretching for someone needed and step by step. I am a learning processing, just pick up the things you want and give me more opinions and let me do it better.🤗 I really want to move my body even I felt pain of my knees.😩🤦🏻♀️ I fell down on the iron plate yesterday and I just like a paper board fell down and I could not do anything😅🙈,so many love around me and I am melting😘🤗. But no need rest👊🏻, I am thankful of this sofa, it is so sofa and I can kneel down a little bit😬🙌🏻♥️ ...hope you all would like it and to be one of my love in my yoga journey. 🙌🏻♥️

I love working on backbends, because they are called heart openers - and that means they open your heart, physically and mentally - isn't that a beautiful idea? Through a certain bodily movement/exercise we can open up our hearts, and that might just cause us to ... I don't know .. love more? Or be more open minded? Aren't we here to love? I think so. Let's keep opening our hearts ... physically .. but most definitely mentally. 😍

I feel like the last few weeks has been so busy, with my two best friends getting married in Greece and then my twin getting married last weekend - it's been very full on! I was really worried that my practice would end up taking a back seat, but I have actually surprised myself with how often I ended up stepping on my mat. Usually I am the sort of person that really needs a routine, I like to have everything pre-planned, so when my schedule becomes hectic or unpredictable because I'm in a new place I struggle to keep up my exercise or my normal diet, literally everything goes out of the window 🙈🙊but in the last few weeks I've been stepping on my mat simply because I've been craving it rather than because it's on my list of things to do.

's Instagram - it's fair to say our ones is not quite like hers 🙈😂 but we had so much fun trying to figure out how to do this - couple problem solving activity! By the way if you are wondering who Talia Sutra is she's my favourite teacher ever, I absolutely love her lessons on Alo Moves, if you haven't tried them yet I highly recommend 💕
