Surgery recovery update. So I am now 18 1/2 weeks post op and told categorically I was not allowed to swim for 6 months but tonight my Physio joined me at the pool to introduce the next phase of my rehabilitation. I have not been permitted to rotate my left arm since the surgery and after two lengths of very gentle left arm drill with no real pull phased she allowed me to swim six lengths (fins were just to help me focus on my arms). This is the first time in the water in over two years that I have swam without excruciating pain in my left shoulder / arm and or it just going numb (oops did I just admit to that!!). 7 1/2 more weeks of rehab and I will do as I am told as it has really paid off this time and can’t wait for 2019 and 2020 now. Happy patient 🤪🏊🏻♀️🚴♂️🏃♂️. Off to bed now ready for a 5am alarm call and a date with a horrible run set at 5:30am. Better be bloody dry.
Good session with the lads. If only someone had selfie stick @davie_wil_84

He used the XYZ T800 carbon ultra-light version of the mountain bike tubeless wheels to take many bonuses in 2018. Congratulations 👏
What’s good, Boulder? Felt nice to get some #mtb
action after spending most of the season eating up tarmac miles.
Great fun at southern mash up. My back was aching before even riding but managed to get six runs down. Proper hard surface def need to step up my game next year.
Tonight’s delight....... veal sirloin and pasta.
