results are in and I am thrilled with this loss!! If you’ve been following my stories this week, you know I had a pretty off track Saturday with allll the wine 🍷 But I got right back on track, first thing Sunday morning, and had a KILLER week with my food and water goals 💪🏼 I felt amazing this week and no matter what the scale said this morning, I was going to be proud. Seeing a loss was only icing on top!
I may not have hit goal by vacation, which I was hoping for, but I did hit 40lbs lost with @weightwatchers
and I’m only 1lb from goal so I’m feeling like a freaking winner 💁🏼♀️ I’m going into vacation feeling my absolute best, I’m actually EXCITED to wear a bikini on the beach, and I know that I will have an amazing week, full of all the good things vacation has to offer, without a single worry about what that means for my weight. Such an incredible feeling 🤗

There are NO WORDS for my level of excitement this morning! I very loosely tracked over the end of last week and the weekend because of my grandpa’s death, having family at my house, and all of the emotions. Tracking just wasn’t top priority. I did have my husband bring me a salad to the funeral home once, and I tried to watch my portions on the indulgent food (mac and cheese). However, I ate a crap ton of homemade chocolate chip cookies. I deserved a gain just for lazy tracking alone, but once that funeral was over, I kicked it in high gear, nailed my water goals, ate under my daily points, and IT PAID OFF! This is the biggest loss I’ve had since May 23rd! Just because you have off track days does not mean that you’re failing! Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves that we can do this! Our bodies believe what we tell it. Weight loss/fitness truly is a mind game. If you go into something thinking, “I’m going to try but I don’t know if I can do it,” then you won’t. It’s as simple as that. You have to KNOW that if you work hard enough for it, it will happen. YOU CAN DO THIS! Just believe you can and the rest will happen if you just don’t give up!
Does anyone else’s body make them do the same thing the day following a change? Like yesterday, I ate breakfast earlier than normal and this morning I woke up absolutely starving like my body was expecting food again at this time just because I had it yesterday at this time. It’s the same way with an alarm. If I set my alarm one day for 5:30am, the next day I’m up at 5:30am whether I want to be or not. My body just automatically wakes up at the time it did the day before. Am I the only one like this?
Anyway, so I was starving and went ahead and made breakfast. It’s one of my norms, something you’ve seen like a thousand times so no explanation needed. 😊 Have a happy Thursday y’all!
Repeat breakfast (5sp) this morning and I’m okay with that 😂 I am definitely a creature of habit and there are only a few ways I’ll eat eggs. They’re my favorite thing to have for breakfast though. Next week I’m definitely planning on some breakfast sammies though because those are my very favorite. Really hoping to find some 2sp English muffins though!

The countdown to Christmas has begun. With 14weeks, including this one, I am aiming for a steady 1.5lb loss every week. That will take me to over a 2stone loss which I will be ecstatic with. I am slowly chipping away to be healthier and I am really enjoying it! #wwfreestyle #wwjourney #christmas
I’ve been struggling big time over the last week or so, but one thing I can say is that I feel powerful in my rising. It doesn’t matter if I fall or if I’m not always perfect on this journey...
