Just amazing and confirmation that this is part of Gods plan for me. Some of Plexus leaders earned a trip to Maui and they are getting trainings and this was a slide from it!! I have already said it before but I am blessed that God brought Plexus and Kayte into my life. We never would have meet if it hadn't been for ww and IG. I am feeling the healthiest I have ever felt and I get the pleasure to help others do the same. Some of that includes facing my fears of rejection but I don't want anyone to miss the opportunity to be the healthiest people they can be!! Thank you God for confirmation this is for me!!!

Part of my workouts are rehab moves and stretches. Who knew that stretching during a workout could feel SOOO good on my back.

45 Calorie Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices=3fsp) with olive oil spray and dust with garlic powder.
2. Top with salsa chicken and make it instaworthy (also tummy pleasing) by adding cilantro and sriracha.

I have not tracked since about 3 weeks before my wedding and in that time, I’ve gained 9lbs. Not happy about it, but I have done what I needed to do: joined WW “workshops” again. I tried OnlinePlus, but it just doesn’t do it for me. I need that weigh-in and motivational talk once a week.
Already meal prepped and pre-tracked for the week. Let’s get back to this thing.
