Day 4/4 - 39 minutes. Leg day!
It was supposed to be rest day but I didn’t get this one done yesterday. Nice thing about 4 workouts a week is that rest days can be changed every now and then. I try not to make a habit of it but it’s nice to do a program that you can fit in with your schedule/season!
So first big thanks to the Civic Center for providing an indoor track, no icy face plants for this girl! Also shout out to the 70ish lady pacing me..and i was running!! Talk about #goals

What's your go to workout hairstyle? Mine's usually pleats, even though they sometimes painfully hit me in the face mid workout, sometimes I'll sport pigtails if I'm trying to make a hairdo last. Never a ponytail - it just hurts and a bun is also mostly a no for me because it just falls out.
