Day seven: The Wonder Woman pose
So I start and finish each Wonder Woman Workout with a Wonder Woman Pose. While in this pose we set and later evaluate our workout objectives, but, more important, we set the intention to do a little additional exercise working on our mental side of our Wonder Womanness. .
Stand tall, knees slightly bend, chest up, gaze up, hands on your hips. Breathe deeply in and out, feel strong. After all, YOU CAN DO THIS!!! You have dealt with bigger crap than this. .
Additional exercise for today: Defining our super power.
So what would your friends say is awesome about you? What makes you, you? What is your secret superpower? It can be anything.
Maybe you are a really good listener (those are rare!!), you bake the best brownies (or chocolate pie, which is one of my super powers)…. You name it! .
