I had some really intense legs days to start the week so this morning I really needed to undo those bedlocks and get my cardio in. This evening is upper body and a long stretch session. When I first started this program, I could only make it through 25 jumps on jump rope before I would mess up and have to start again. I can now make it through all 9 rounds without messing up.
