We are told our power is in our pocketbooks. And of course, every purchase we make is a vote for the types of companies, products and practices we support. BUT. The most powerful thing we can do, often, is nothing at all. Not buy something, not consume something, not buy in to a story that we are not enough and need to do/be/buy MORE. Connecting with our creaturely, natural selves. Or it is doing something that doesn’t cost a penny: exercising our responsibilities as voting, letter-writing, protesting citizens. Doing nothing as creatures and doing something as citizens comes before buying as consumers. 🌿
I want more snow. Also. I just found this picture of Fra and Chris and Fra will be 12 next month and I CANT EVEN.
Another powerful snippet from “Women Who Run With the Wolves”.
The tethering of ego to let the soul take the wheel is a huge shift and I’ll be frank, it’s scary. Stuff doesn’t make sense here, people may reject you for your choices, things look messy and wild. Starting from some sort of scratch with a soul that wasn’t taught to listen to itself is hard. I want to slip back into old patterns of overhelping, overextending, taking bull shit that I really shouldn’t, BEING AFRAID OF REJECTION, being afraid of scarcity. That’s tough stuff to put away and I am not getting it right a majority of the time, but I am some of the time and that’s better than none. #wilding #durga #spellmakers #selflove #selfcare #growth
Gratitude tonight. A lot of people love and support and encourage and believe in me. Thank you. I love you all.
