We’re hella thankful for nature. That’s all.
All black with fun socks, because who doesn’t love fun socks?! Even if they’re on the wrong feet 😂
Self-love is a necessity ❤️
On a clear day in the Olympics you can often see the canal and it’s beautiful.
Being short means la silla es tu best friend.
12.24.17 smiling big for baggin’ a fifteener! Climbed a total of 2,428 intense vertical ft to the summit at 15,489ft. A lot of it was on loose rock aka scree...so think one step up and one step sinking back down, but that view....
So come with me, where dreams are born, and time is never planned
5 years ago I would have never pictured life giving me this opportunity or taking me in this direction. But I'm thankful for the adventure.
My foot is still sore and I'm going to have a big scar from my infected blister, so I'm still not sure how I feel about my time on the Milford track. 😜
My absolute highlight, however, was day 3 when we made our way over the Mackinnon Pass.
After a 2 hour hour ascent and series of switchbacks I was happy to drop my pack leaving it for the keas to peck, while I ran about taking photos of the tarns and the unreal 360 degree views of the surrounding valleys and massive mountains.
It was snowing lightly by this stage but luckily a but was nearby with gas and we were able to have a sit down and a hot cuppa to warm up.
SO difficult to make a selection of my favorite safari photos! 🦁 Here a small selection of the 1000 pictures I took from these beautiful African animals. Swipe!
(Definitely not the last animal pictures 😏)
When I think of the world, I like to think we all care alike. I wish that was the case–today we see hate, anger, depression, oppression, and hostility all around. Holidays used to be a time where families were brought together–thats not the case anymore. During the holidays, more families go through heartache and depression. Fear of not making rent, or paying a bill just to get there child a "Christmas" or a "Thanksgiving dinner". We loose sight of the importance of giving, sharing, and compassion. We forget about the forgotten. We are so consumed by commercials and media that we don't see beyond the box that they have created for us. Instead of love, compassion, and caring for one another familiar to us or not, we go stand in line for the "next big thing". Is it really all worth it? Will that "next big thing" make you completely whole?... 💚 #shoplove
on pursuing your passions, ‘“Don’t only practice your art, but force your way into its secrets, for it and its knowledge can raise men to the divine.” - Beethoven.
This quote speaks of passion and living the passionate life. Everything is energy so become your craft, your art. Whatever you do in life do it fully and with all your heart. It’s this effort that will inspire and lift you and others!”
Do you agree? What passion projects are you currently pursuing?

Evening strolls by the water with you... life is good 💫
You will never be completely at home again because part of your heart will always be elsewhere...that’s the price you pay for the richness of loving and knowing people in more than one place. 🍁
