On my last post - the fig one - where I told you nothing could beat a nice fresh figs right from the trees 🌳✨I’ve received a comment saying “burgers do” ... .
And to be totally honest, I 1000000% rather eat fresh juicy fruits such a figs or mangoes than a burger (even vegan, I am not talking about the ethical aspect, just pure taste - could be exactly the same with a cake, cookies or any candies 🍭🍰🍪 ) .
I would rather eat Mother Nature’s candies that have evolve to suit our taste the best & exciting our buds, that will nourish and re-hydrate our body & do all but amazing for your body and soul ! 🍒🍌 Rather than processed foods made by chemical process, that have been added with full of sugar, salt, and colorant (flavor enhancer) to make us actually want to eat this 💩 & crave it even more after ! All of this while adding some crap into our body ! Wouuuu 🙌🏼 😂
This is MY opinion, I absolutely don’t say if you eat a cake you will die and that’s bad, no food is bad as long as you enjoy eating it & feels great after it ☝🏼☺️

Chocolate chia oats with kiwi, banana, coconut, cacao nibs and beepollen 🐉

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic , crushed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¾ teaspoon red chilli flakes (adjust to your preference of spice)
½ teaspoon ground Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound (500 g) steak (rump, skirt or flank steak) FAJITAS:
3 bell peppers (capsicums) of different colours: red, yellow and green, deseeded and sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 avocado sliced
OPTIONAL SERVING SUGGESTION:
flour tortillas (optional)
Lettuce leaves for low carb option
Extra cilantro leaves to garnish
Sour cream (optional) to serve Instructions
Whisk marinade ingredients together to combine. Pour out half of the marinade into a shallow dish to marinade the steak for 30 minutes, if time allows. Alternatively, refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minute prior to cooking.
*Refrigerate the reserved untouched marinade to use later*
Heat about one teaspoon of oil in a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and grill steak on each side until desired doneness (about 4 minutes each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness). Set aside and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Heat barbecue (or grill) on high heat. Remove steak from the marinade. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Transfer to a plate and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Wipe pan or grill plates over with paper towel; drizzle (or brush) with another teaspoon of oil and fry peppers (capsicums) and onion strips. Add half of the reserved marinade, salt and pepper; continue cooking until done.
To serve steak, slice against the grain into thin strips. Pack into warmed tortillas, extra cilantro leaves, sour cream, sliced avocado (or your desired fillings), and drizzle over the remaining reserved untouched marinade.

Wegański, bezglutenowy i bardzo pyszny gulasz z ananasa i cukinii z ciecirzycą
Składniki: 1 kg cukinii, 1/4 ananasa, cebula, 2 ząbki czosnku, 1 papryka, 2 pomidory, 180 g ciecierzycy od @radixbis
, 100 ml wywaru z warzyw, sól, pieprz, cukier, imbir, natka pietruszki.
Ciecierzycę namoczyć na noc, ugotować. Na patelni rozgrzać olej kokosowy od @radixbis
, dodać pokrojoną cebule, usmażyć. Dodać czosnek, pokrojoną paprykę w cienkie paski, pokrojoną cukinie i ananasa. Dusić ok. 5 min. dodać obrane ze skórki i pokrojone pomidory, ugotowaną ciecierzycę, wlać wywar. dusić 20 min. Doprawić solą, pieprzem i cukrem. Na koniec posypać natką pietruszki.

Autumn is coming! 🍂 We don’t need a new year to set new intentions for ourselves. Why not use the new season as a time to refocus your attention to looking after yourself a bit more. It’s easy. Just focus on the following four things: 🍁 Eat more vegetables and seasonal ones at that. Aim for 7 portions everyday, so many positive health benefits are associated with just eating more vegetables 🥑🍠🍐🥕
🍁 Get more sleep. It’s getting darker in the evenings and harder to get up in the morning (I know!) so do yourself a favour and go to sleep a little earlier. Aim for 8 hours, every night! Research shows less sleep = more weight gain. 🍁 Move everyday! Go for a walk in the leaves at lunchtime, start a new class at the gym, get out for a bike ride with family or friends at weekends. We have evolved to move not sit. 🍁 Take some time everyday day for yourself. Do something you love. Life is about balance and being happy so do more of what you love and never take yourself for granted.
