Marley brings me SO much happiness every single day— it’s UNREAL! I feel so lucky that I get to be her mama and that I get to be home with her everyday!
Whenever I sit cross-legged on the floor, she comes over and plops down on me just like this and snuggles me until I stand up!😭🐶💕
T-Minus 5 days until her staples come out from her Spay procedure & until she gets to ditch the cone!
✖️Do you have a dog? What kind is it and what’s its name? I love hearing dog names!!!🙌🏼💕🙏🏼🐶

Have you ever gotten so excited about something, your heart started to race? You got goosebumps and couldn't help but dance to let out some of the energy building up inside you. You smiled ear to ear and, in that moment, felt genuinely and completely aligned in every sense of the word.
Then two seconds later, doubt kicks in. That little voice in your head told you you weren't good enough, smart enough, (fill in the blank) enough. And you listened. You doubted you could move from where you are to where you want to be. Doubted whether you were even worthy to get there. All those emotions you were feeling a minute ago - that rush you felt - gone.
Why is it so easy to talk ourselves out of greatness?
Thoughts become reality. So here's my challenge for you: take those limiting beliefs you have about yourself and release them. Live AS IF that thing that got your heart racing is already happening. What kind of habits would you adopt? How would you run your day? How would you eat, think, and act? Recognize those things, then DO THOSE THINGS.
Stop talking yourself out of greatness. Start talking yourself into it.
You'll be amazed at what happens. ✨

This is quite possibly one of my favorite photos I've taken in recent years. Just takes me to a happy place.
I want to go back to San Francisco. 😏
A close up of a little Kains Island buck, -there are only 7 deer 🦌 living at Quatsino Lightstation sharing it’s 25acres with two lightkkeepers, one dog (the amazing Ulu!) and a couple of ravens. #lighthouselife #quatsino
What is one of your favorite childhood memories? This was almost 20 years ago. I loved making @kraft_macandcheese
in my Superman pajamas! And I have no idea what’s on my head. I love looking back at old photos on my birthday. Happy hump day!

Hipster heaven and I appreciated every bit of it.

Let me introduce you all to my grandfather. He goes by grandpa Lee 💕 Every once and a while I share projects we complete around the house, but I realized I have never shared his story or how I came to live with him... ⠀
Two years ago, I made the life-changing decision to sell my condo and move in with my grandfather to help care for him and the house he built with his own two hands ✋🤚⠀
He lived there alone and was needing the extra help as he couldn’t do it all by himself. He spends so much of his time caring for other people and their needs that he has little left for himself. He’s a pretty great guy 👍 but all the outpouring has left him drained and his house in disarray 🙀⠀
This decision to up and move has given me the opportunity to know him better AND has shown me 1.) how important having a community for support is, 2.) self care is a vital non-negotiable and 3.) to take every BIG task one step at a time. ⠀
I had worked very hard to become a homeowner and loved everything about my condo. Leaving it behind was not easy. I trusted and believed that I was making the right decision for my family. At the end of the day, they come first to me. ⠀
My grandfather built his dream home ☝️ step and a time and I am following in his footsteps, building my dream as a coach ☝️ boot camp at a time 😉 ⠀
Who’s dream are you working on right now? Your own or somebody else’s...
"There are a million cheap seats in the world today filled with people who will never be brave with their lives but who will spend every ounce of energy they have hurling advice and judgement at those who dare greatly. Their only contributions are criticism, cynicism, and fearmongering. If you're critizicing from a place where you're not also putting yourself on the line, i'm not interested in what you have to say."
It's taken me 31 years, but I have gotten very clear on whose opinions of me matter, and whose don't. I encourage you to make a list today of people's whose opinions matter to you- and then, keep doing YOU!
Smile your crazy big smile, be a crazy-positive person if that's who you are, stay up super late if you're a night owl and work 60+ hours per week if you have GOALS and DREAMS you're hustling for. Quit the job you hate even if you went to school for it and do something that brings you JOY + HAPPINESS. Someone is always going to have an opinion about you and you're always going to be TOO much or TOO little of something for someone. But, if you're HAPPY, that my friends is ALL THAT MATTERS.💕🌻🙏🏼
I saw a band within the last year or two that played a Holy Diver cover. Show was likely in western Canada but could've been a European festival. I can't for the life of me figure out which band. Anyone have any ideas? Lol.
happy hump day from Cecelia and I ♥️ She hasn’t quite figured out the whole selfie thing yet 😂
Back home at mamas... Let’s raise up our nog and cheers this holiday season for the friends that became and extended our families 🤟🏻🤟🏻❤️❤️🎄🎄❄️❄️🎅🏻🎅🏻🎁🎁 Shout out to my Nelson’s 👌🏻👊🏻
Once the wall decorations are up, that’s when it’s real. GUYS. I’m officially a Southern California resident ✅⠀
Buckled down and got everything unpacked in one day...any other OCD organizers out there? 🙋🏼♀️ This past month has been a little bit of a blur, but I’m here and I’m excited and ready to take on my days with an expectant heart, even with it all feeling a little unknown.⠀
I feel the night and day difference when I focus on myself first. From that place, I am able to feel healthy and love others well. So this morning’s agenda: Water, coffee, quiet time and read, and getting a good sweat in 💪🏼⚡️

My favorite thing about #barkleysound #tofino
as a kid was all of the wildlife. Bears were a regular sight and we just made sure to have our bear bells and to not startle them but other than that we felt completely comfortable and safe to be exploring the coastline looking for crabs, collecting abalone shells and sticking our fingers in sea anemones.
When my family first bought our lot in #barkleysound
,half an hour outside of #tofino
,everyone had trailers like ours. And then slowly people started to build little cabins over top of their trailers, and then got rid of their trailers and built cabins, from cabins to houses, to a maximum being placed on how long people can spend up there a year. It felt like a plague to me because all of the construction scared away the wildlife, everyones views got taken away, and no one had privacy anymore because most preferred a cut lawn over wildflowers and foliage. This is one of the first big changes in my life that started to wake me to how careless we humans can be when we have an agenda...
