Superstition Mountain View from Goldfield
I adore families with kids. Even if they’re a little crazy haha 😂
The address on our website to this home is "Not Disclosed, Tucson AZ"... With a view like this I would keep it a secret too! 😍⠀
Check out the link in our bio to see for yourself! Listing by Russ Lyon
I fully intended to not do anything on my day off yesterday, but then I accidentally vacuumed, ironed my work clothes, did laundry, swept, dusted, took out the garbage, cleaned the bathrooms, made scones, did yard work, and then made dinner. I finally sat down to relax a little after 5, the same time I normally get off of work. 😫

Thunderstorms may be done, but I’m not over it yet.
What an amazing sunset in White Sands. If you’ve never camped here, you’re missing out. The golden light, and sleeping under the stars in the gypsum dunes is such an amazing experience. Being able to shoot with such a talented photographer and amazing person @chris_vogeli
makes it even better.
Companion images of yesterday's post. The second image was taken during a brief window in the clouds that gave a great view of the Milky Way. Amazing how bright the stars are with very little light pollution
When we decided to drive all the way trough Nevada instead of heading directly to Utah I had this tiny hope in the back of my mind that we’ll get to drive Tioga Pass this fall. However, with intense work schedules driving through Nevada took way longer than anticipated and Reno was way too fun to leave any earlier than we did. So I buried that hope, because Tioga pass is rarely open past beginning of November and it’s almost impossible to drive it past Veterans Day. And look at us driving around like it’s no big deal in the middle of November. Lucky us, we won’t make it back until 2020.
Grand Teton Tuesday:
You'll need climbing equipment to tackle this beautiful dorsal fin. However, a strenuous day hike will top you out on the Middle or South Teton, where you can get this view without a telephoto lens.
Caught the sunset as we were nearing the end of our hike in Achenbach Canyon this past Saturday. Hidden gem of a hike in Las Cruces so if you haven’t been, go check it out!

there was never a night or a darkness that could not be defeated by sunrise or hope.
