. I had a third baby last year, took a medication that made me gain weight, and was in grad school and moved. Suffice it to say, my body needs a little TLC, and my life needs delicious recipes that are good for my goals and give me the satisfaction of working in the kitchen.
These cookies are made with oat flour, bananas, and cinnamon with the addition of dried blueberries, chia, and walnuts. They’re actually pretty good, especially with a little peanut butter 👌🏻 vegan, plant-based, and closer to a cookie than the roasted vegetables I’ve been eating all day. Looking forward to branching out even more over the next few months#
