Meal prep Sunday is here! I can’t tell you enough what a time saver meal prepping on Sun is! I can go through the week knowing all my meals are prepped, and eating out isn’t optional. Breakfast: 2 eggs and a Healthy Grains bar (coffee and 1/4 cup 1% milk added); Lunch: spaghetti squash with turkey bolognese (tons of veggies); snacks: apple and Trader Joes no salt added peanut butter pretzels; Dinner: baked chicken fajitas with 2 corn tortillas. All together is 23 SP’s for each day, and less than 1500mg of salt! I had a good amount of weeklies left so I had a big, awesome bowl of bow ties with Alfredo and parm, followed by the #weightwatchers chocolate caramel mini bar (which I recommend you refrigerate). What an indulgent way to end the week 😋
This weekend has been a tough mental battle. PMS had me having crazy mood swings. I didn't want to work out and wanted to eat junk. I felt super fatigued. I just was meh. I ate Halo Top for my junk food and took my rest day Friday (instead of Saturday) only got a 15 min. workout on Saturday instead of 25 min. BUT I stayed the course 90% of the time. I still got blue dots, still got my workouts in and made my activity points for the week. 👍👏💪 Tomorrow is weigh-in and even though I tried to stay on point I feel like I'm carrying 10lbs of water weight from bloating during my period. 😕 Hoping for a drop but kinda expecting a gain. 1 out 4 weeks are always out of wack because of my period. 😒😝 #weightwatchers #weightwatchersfreestyle #wwsisterhood #wwfreestyle #wwmoms #wwmamas #pms #moodswings #period #weightloss #weightlossjourney #activitypoints #bluedot

Apres un we au top mais catastrophique alimentairement parlant, il est temps de se remettre dans le droit chemin. . Je termine donc avec une Rh a -95 😱🤔( oui ça a encore empiré après le bilan d’hier aprèm) j’ai completement décroché...mais ce matin je suis plus motivée que jamais à rétablir le tir et ça va être plus qu’un défi d’essayer d’au moins, stabiliser cette semaine... Mais j’y crois 🤩 . Objectif: . ▪️23 sp par jour voir moins, en privilégiant les dîners à 0 au maximum ▪️beaucoup d’eau et de thé vert pour m’aider à digérer ▪️essayer de me remettre à la marche rapide sur mon tapis si le timing me le permet cette semaine☺️ . Ça me gonfle (c’est le cas de le dire parce que je me sens gonflée à bloc) de devoir me battre pour une stabilisation...mais j’ai merdé donc j’assume ! Il ne faut surtout pas décrocher, ni s’égarer ! Ça finira par se rattraper et puis j’en suis la seule responsable. J’avais besoin de ça à cet instant 😊 . It’s quite tricky to coach people when you’re keeping them at arms length isn’t it, fam 💸 - You see, teaching portion control is something that all coaches should advocate. Instead though, it’s easier to vilify foods that are higher in calories & allow you to eat as much as you want of the foods lower in calories 🤦🏻‍♂️ - Only problem with this approach is, they haven’t actually explained that you need to be in a calorie deficit. . So poor old Linda, deepthroating all the potatoes, pasta & meats in the world, doesn’t realise that you can gain body fat from these foods too. - Funny how they’ve made adjustments here. Still, lean meats are “free-foods” that you can eat as much of as you like... but I’m guessing they haven’t explained that this is bc they’re lower in calories than fattier cuts, higher in protein, and therefore more filling. Well, they’re hoping they are filling you up anyway. Oops if you overconsume. - I find it difficult to believe that Muller light yoghurts are the only low-fat, under 100 cal yogs too. Oh they’re endorsed by SW? I see, so it’s a marketing gimmick? Right. - SW reps, stop being fucktards and start coaching your clients. Pineapple strawberry Fruit pops 1 point each Blend 1 orange, 2 ripe banannas, 1 cup of pineapple, and 4 oz of vanilla unsweetened almond milk optional to add 1 stevia packet but I thought it was sweet on its own👍😁. The smoothie on it's own tstes like orange Julius,👍 Then fill cups with strawberries and pineapple and popsicle molds with smoothie mix and let set overnight. These were delicious and the mix is enough to fill 12 to 18 popsicles. 5pt lasagna a piece makes 3 ---- I made lasagna 3 ways today. Why? Well my kiddos only like cheese and my hubby And I use different tomato sauce. I was trying out a new method of wrapping. I was delightfully surprised it was really good. The recipe below is for the one pictured in the middle rolled up like a cinnamon roll. ---- boil 3 lasagna noodles for 10 minutes until Al dente _____ Cook 2 oz ground beef, garlic onions once cooked set aside no precooking needed as long as the following are chopped/minced fine. (I used a food processor): 4 Mushrooms 1 serving of Olives 21 pieces Turkey pepperoni 1/2 Green peppers 1/2 red pepper 1 large carrot 2 cups cauliflower riced mix in: Garlic & salt seasoning 3 oz Ff cottage cheese 10 grams Parmesan cheese 1/2 oz Mozzarella 1 egg Cooked ground beef add all ingredients to lasagna noodles and roll like a cinnamon roll. 1/2 cup great value spaghetti sauce pour a little spaghetti sauce on foil with a little Pam and pour the rest of the sauce over the lasagna and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. 🍺🥂 alcoholic drinks - 🙋‍♀️ do you enjoy an occasional night out? 🙋‍♀️ you just want to enjoy life, right? - ✅ It will always be about the calories.. If you know my dieting paradigm. at the start of a diet I like people to eat as much food as possible. - During these stages, I don’t mind when people are controlling their calories, taking food away and enjoying a beer or wine. - As food gets taken away in the latter stages of a diet, it’s probably a good idea to not have any alcohol for a few reasons 1.) because you are dieting and doing “controlled starvation” you are probably craving good foods. Alcohol will take away your rationale and you’ll probably eat whatever you want 2.) generally you want to take food away to allow for alcohol. In the latter stages you want to make sure you are filling your diet with volume to prevent hunger etc 3.) alcohol generally impacts sleep and recovery. Eating lower calories already impact recovery. If you can’t sleep and recover, any training proceeding that night out will likely be poor risking muscle loss - 👩‍🎓 it’s good to have something like the chart below, so you have an idea of calorie amounts in different drinks. And then you can plan your day in preparation for your night out - ✅ remember, calories will dictate whether you lose body fat and achieve a body you want.
