- in primis, correre mi ha aiutato molto. Sebbene si tratti sempre di cardio, e che quindi non vada a rassodare molto la zona interna delle cosce, mi ha aiutato sin dall’inizio a ridurre il grasso.
- CAMMINARE, che può essere la cosa più banale e scontata, fa molto. Alle volte aiuta più della corsa.
- SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT. Tanto famosi quanto odiati. Il bruciore è immane ma con costanza e perseveranza, i risultati ci sono eccome.
- Come ultimo punto, esercizi mirati che inizierò a fare in palestra, che vi mostrerò a breve non appena ricomincerò 💪🏼 ahimè andrò la sera dopo le lezioni all’uni e la scuola guida ma ormai lo sapete, le scuse sono il primo ostacolo da superare per potercela fare. For documentation purposes know that I was on the PM CREW last night & we had ALL WHITE BRICKS w/ankle weights! Adding the weights was NEW TO ME & the struggle was REAL 😩😩😩 Don’t mind the instructor he’s NUTS!! Remember that they offer these classes on demand so you can do these in your city/at your house!! 😉 I have purchased them while on the road before & it’s just like being in the room! A great way to mix up your workout! In other news my legs were like jello this am but I got on the stair master for the 1st time this week bc it has been taken every am but I made it work! Fasted Cardio & Shoulder Work COMPLETE!!! AM CREW GET UPPPPPP!!!
