My weight lost journey.
11kg down, so far.
Time to tone up & get fit!
What did I do?
I started to exercise since January 2018.
I took up Muay Thai, which a Thai combat martial arts.
I go to the #MuayfitKK
gym 3-4 times a week for my Muay Thai workout.
, they combine Muay Thai with HIIT workout to get ur heart pumping & sweat buckets of water.
How is my diet?
I eat everything, but I cut down on my sugar intake.
I drink at least 3 liters of water, daily.
1 liter of plain water for every 25kg of our body weight, is recommended.
I try to eat vegies & fruits more...
Do I take supplements?
I drink #NingXiaRed
from Young Living for for overall wellness.
It helps me with my recovery period due to the extreme sport. 😁🥊
I also take #Sulfurzymes
from Young Living for my joints recovery. 😅
I do take Evening Prime Rose oil, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, Calcium & Probiotics to nourish my body's daily mineral intake.
I do not take any slimming supplements at all.
