WEIGHIN RESULT ....-5.4lb 😮💪 Total loss of 13 stone 12 lbs/194 lbs Im shocked as last week i lost 5.2 lbs so ive lost 10.6 lbs in 2 weeks 😮😁 and I've broke the 190lb loss barrier💪 This extra loss may be because ive started to do more walking this week and have done over 25k steps this week 😮 years ago id be lucky to do 5k steps in a week. . Late breakfast - good life spicy veg bean burgers, 1 cheese slice, bbq sauce, pepperoni slice and low cal chicken slice Lunch/Snack - 2 pieces of chicken left from dinner yesterday (Tom Kerridge’s recipe) I ended up not eating the Mediterranean veg and bringing it home for dinner. Dinner - 1/2 tin of baked beans, left over Mediterranean vegetables from lunch, 3 small pieces of tandoori chicken Snacks - 1 spoonful of peanut butter with 1 banana, coffee skimmed milk and an apple with mint and cucumber water

This was 👌🏻 and I hadn’t eaten since this morning so was inhaled! • 🍗 For the chicken coating I blitzed in my NEW food processor I got for my birthday 💁🏼‍♀️3 Kingsmill Crustless Bread (half HEX B or 3 syns for each if split between 2) then added @jdseasonings chicken rub - GAME CHANGER and imo tasted just like KFC! Then mini fillets dipped in egg and the coating popped onto a baking tray sprayed with @frylighthq for 20 mins or so on Gas Mark 6. • 🍟 Chips as always chopped, washed and patted dry! Then spray with @frylighthq and sprinkle some Chip and Wedge rub! I have a airfryer! • Now what is else a game changer which my friend told me about are these @heinz BBQ Baked Beans!
