Is it hard to look at photos of yourself when you were thinner? . - The truth is ... at first YES! When I first transitioned out of dieting it was hard to see a thinner version of myself and not think that I looked “better” then. It was hard to prioritize my happiness over my aesthetics and to not feel like I had a certain expectation to live up to. - But you know what, the more I focused on how I felt and NOT how I looked, the easier it was to face those photos. I had to accept that it was only natural to gain weight after years of restriction, over training, eliminating food groups and removing myself from everything dieting, of course my body would change! . - I was constantly fighting against myself to be smaller, it was all I thought about, all I cared about and all I focused on. So transitioning away from this, and posting “reverse transformations” I honestly felt super vulnerable and uneasy. My thoughts behind the scenes were not always “self love”, at times I felt “I’d let myself go”, or that people would be disappointed in me. But I fought those thoughts. These thoughts were not going to send me back into unhappiness, obsession, negative self talk, exhaustion and never feeling enough. I had taken the steps I needed to and just had to cross that final hurdle. - Ladies, I’m posting this to tell you that self love is not always easy, especially when you keep comparing yourself to your past self. But it is always worth it 🙌🏼 When you embrace yourself fully you can conquer anything. You can encourage yourself, show love and compassion to others, focus on what really matters and literally change your life. . - I share my experiences to help you. To encourage you to live the life you deserve and find peace with the outer you. Bodies are ALL different, they are ALL amazing, and no matter what society tells you it is ok to be ok with YOU! I do this for me, for my family, for my friends and for all of YOU. Raising a daughter is one of the hardest things I think I will ever do in my life. I never thought about the impact I would have on her, she looks up to me, cares what I think, watches my every move, wants my approval, learns from me, and my biggest fan. This young lady is fierce, strong, independent, and stunning. I pray that today and everyday I can lead and guide her to follow her dreams and walk the path God has mapped out for her. Hair colour transformation lool 🙋🏽‍♀️ Naaah I thought since I got so many new followers i will write something about my little booty transformation 🍑 That‘s the only thing you can probably see changed but it changed so much more than that in the couple years 💛 Read if you are interested 👉🏽 __________________________________________________ If there was a subject i hated the most in school i would probably say sports. I hated sports over everything 🙅🏽‍♀️ I was a little lazy non sporty girl always had my worst grades in sports. Today i hate restdays lol. When i got sick from heavy depression i also fell in a eating dissorder. I barely couldn‘t eat anything. At the end of the day i probably only eat one slice of bread and a little bit of water 🥖 but even then i had to throw up. I only brought 41kg on the scale. The day i saw a transformation on instagram i was quiet impressed but i didn‘t believed the progress at all. I thought it was all surgery 💉. Till the day i started lifting weights but that wasn‘t the only key to my #transformation . This workouts made me hungry again and every day i visited the gym i also eat a big meal. Yes it started with small meals but it ended up with big protein meals 🙏🏼 My body changed, i gained weight, confidence and i loved the way i felt after an intense workout 🍽🍏. __________________________________________________ But the best thing that happened to me wasn‘t the fact that i gained a booty nope. It was the fact that i came out of my depression. Fitness made me feel happy. I could escape from all the mentally problems i had for 1.5 hours a day and after every workout i felt happy, i could smile when i stood infront of a mirror and every small progress gave me more motivation. I also LOVED FOOD again!!! Today i can‘t imagine my life without a proper diet, weights and my best partner 🌸 I also have to mention that he helped me a lot during my depression 💕 he helped me to love food again. This is not another Weightloss transformation post.. if you would like to read what i have to say then keep reading.. if not, enjoy the picture!🙌 Looking back at this picture on the left is so crazy to phatham and think how far not only ive come but how fast life has gone. You can only see 2 pictures here, but there are so many memories between them, good and bad. I just want everyone to sit back and look how far you've come. Look at what you have accomplished. Look at what your interested in now versus what you were into 5 years ago. Look at who you call your real friends now. We all have changed our ways of thinking, some have chosen very bad ways to pursue their life, whether thats drugs or something else thats harmful for them. We see now who we have separated ourselves from and why. I am so happy with what i have chosen my outcome of my life to be. I am so happy to have lived through tough times and have learned from them and not have them follow me and haunt me all my life. I want to keep growing and want to help people choose to live a healthier lifestyle!🙌 Thats my mission!! I am also very thankful for some of the people that have came into my life recently🙄 and cant wait to see where we all will be soon.
