Not because saya Zumba®️ Instructor i voice this out, I am weight loss / fitness trainer jugak, and a Pioneer dalam weight loss program sejak 2013 lagi .. for the past years i guided n coaching orang ramai yg alah kadar zumba ja but jaga makan alhamdulillah slim juga, ada yg zumba hari hari tak jaga makan alhamdulillah sentiasa besar jugak tapi tahap cardio dia bagus cuma size tu x kurang2 lah.. sama kes yg buat HiiT hari hari x jaga makan xda beza jugak, and compare yang kurang buat senaman tapi pengawalan makanan sangat sangat disiplin dan komited dalam journey beliau alhamdulillah dari 3 angka turun ke 2 angka tapi bukan seminggu bukan sebulan ianya mengambil masa untuk mbuang berat berlebihan yang disimpan sepanjang bertahun tahun lamanya.
So kesimpulannya senaman kh tak senaman kh sekiranya pengawalan makanan tak d jaga .. xda disiplin xda komitmen so jgn dok sedap mulutlah nak salah kan mana2 senaman.Workout alone does not help in weight / fat loss.

I would say that a healthy lifestyle combine 5 huge factors together:
✅Smart food choices
✅High activity level
✅Avoidance of cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol.
Drying your body up to extreme fat % or gaining your butt muscles have nothing to do with it.
You don't have to go wild about it.
❌Like cutting your calories till 1000 and then go back to overeating in a month or so.
❌Or like starting your workout routine with weights that you can't lift and with a poor technique. There are more chances that you will hurt yourself than that you'll become healthier.
Start changing your habits SLOWLY
✅Start from drinking more water during the day and avoiding juices, sodas, frappuccinos or smoothies.
✅Go to the bed at the same time everyday.
✅Walk more during the day. Slowly create a habit to chose walking instead of driving a car.
✅Each time when you feel stressed - notice the factors that made you feel so. And avoid them in future.
✅Create meditation routine.
✅Smile and laugh more during the day.
✅Keep your hunger feeling with you a little more than usual. Let your body actually enjoy food. Don't be full all the time.
✅Quit your bad habits slowly one by one.
Give yourself a time, be kind to yourself.
And slowly you will see how much your mental picture and the body had changed.

When I think about life today as compared to a few years ago it’s almost laughable at how different it is
2 years ago I started my journey as an online fitness coach because I was overweight, stressed about money, scared about the future due to my husbands lay-off and depressed asf. I was confused and mad.
Mad at the world. Mad at God for the cards we were dealt. Mad at myself for being so angry but being unable to stop.
I just wanted to be happy
When I started online fitness coaching with my ahhhmazing company I figured if I was going to be broke and angry I might as well try to get fit and make some extra money. I figured I’d be able to cover some of these bills that were piling up. That “little side hustle” earned me over $45,000 in one year. It helped me go full time and leave my nursing job I hated and it opened the door to so many other possibilities
Today, I’m a multi business owner and real estate investor. I’m fit asf. Happy asf & Blessed asf. It all started with saying yes to this little gig.
Every month or so I extend that blessing to others. I open the door to my mentorship group and I teach women who are much like the old me how to build a fitness business on social media, earn money, get fit, and find themselves.

Let me start out by saying since I arrived in Australia 🇦🇺 I haven’t tracked a single macro ONCE this is huge guys!
Before I left I was stressing hard about being beach body ready and was definitely being to hard on myself diet wise which backfired I put on some fat and lost muscle I was super stressed and the last weeks before leaving I just felt so off. Finally I’m settling in (I know I keep saying that but it’s true) I finally feel like things are falling into place again 🙏🏼 So you might be wondering if I haven’t been tracking what the heck am I doing? I truly believe this is the way I’m supposed to eat now I’m not prepping for a show I’m prepping myself for life I want to be able to enjoy life to eat out with friends have a glass of wine if I feel like it. Have a ice cream cone if I want (they have Ben and Jerry’s here in town and I’ve been getting the new vegan flavour 😍) I was seriously worried how my body would cope with not tracking but it’s been amazing. I have ZERO clue what my macros are at and I DO NOT CARE I’m living life and loving it.

November was a HARD month for me. My anxiety and depression was at a full time high last month. My health and fitness suffered and so did my biz. I was so disconnected from everything and everyone. It felt hard to BREATHE some days. Someone mentioned the Mercury retrograde or something and they said that was the reason I was so low. If anyone knows about that, please educate me below
Anyways, I’m back and the cloud has lifted THANK GOD. Ive gained about 10lbs the past 2 weeks with emotional eating and lack of exercising and Im ready to get back into what matters most to me. My health and helping others.
