Imagine Stepping Up to Your Wardrobe & This Happens... You're care free, you do not have to think about anything, almost as if you are on auto pilot, you pluck any random piece of clothing and know confidently it is going to fit you great!
Maybe right now things do not look that great right now, you might be super self conscious, feel like you have nothing to wear and anything you do wear makes you feel a bit "meh". It gets you down and it's making a negative impact on your overall happiness.
I know that feeling.
2013, I was gaining weight FAST. Getting comfy in a relationship meant I was scoffing a lot of chocolate, pizza, takeaways, pretty much anything.
I never realised this until 2 things happened; I started to notice my T shirts were pertruding due to my belly and I could feel a breeze come up from underneath. That was embarrassing for me wherever I went. I bet everyone could see my belly as I was out in public. The other thing I experienced was my trousers getting tighter. I struggle to gain weight in my legs so struggling to get in jeans rang the alarm bells.
And don't get me started on clothing options, it was baggy hoody's to the rescue for those months.
These days things are different, I don't even have to think about what I wear I feel confident in whatever I choose and how it will fit, which is a pretty cool feeling reflecting on those days where this seemed like a pipe dream.
If you can relate and want to fit into your clothes better without even having to think too much on what to wear and feeling happier as a result these are my key pointers to get to that point.
1. Understand you are not alone in this position, so many people experience the same and have got out that sticky spot. So don't give yourself too hard of a time about this.
2. Realise this is possible to get out of, i've done it, my clients have done it and i'm sure other people out there have too. You can do this.
3. It all starts with better habits. If you want to make that first step to get out this spot, make a few small changes to your habits; swap the fizzy pop for water, take the stairs, swap the processed food for some veggies, simple changes.

If you are the person who just want to keep eating, a protein-rich diet will help you more satisfy with your meals and the reasons is because you are not controled by pancreas anymore.
When you eat high carbs meals, your blood sugar will increase rapidly, insulin will released by pancreas to bring your blood sugar down, at this time you will feel hungry and lack of energy.
Protein should at least 30% in your one meal. It is also important to eat your protein to keep your muscle mass so that you look sexy hot after lost all the unnecessary fat.

It is a common knowledge that pregnancy can cause tummy fat right? But how many of us would believe that daily inadequate sleep could be worse than pregnancy or other causes of tummy fat...
It could cause unbalance hormones
It may lead to food craving and unhealthy snacking
It could result to insulin resistance which may also give raise to heart diseases
A slow in metabolic rate may likely occur
Research has it that, people who sleep less than 4 - 5hours (every) most nights are likely to be obessed. They could also experience difficulties in lossing weight.

When I first began IG, I was so passionate about fitness! It was all I talked about. It literally brought JOY to me!
Here’s something you don’t know yet—What was so funny was that my IRL friends who didn’t know about my IG would say how joyful I was talking about fitness.
I was kinda shy about them finding out about my IG. It was like my passion IG account. I didn’t want to brag and be a show off, you know?
Then, they would find out about my IG workout videos. They were just blown away by what I was doing.
When they would bring it up, I’d shrug and say, “Ohh it’s not that bad.” I didn’t ever want them to believe that I was better than them. I was naive and self conscious then. I don’t care anymore.
So why change?! It’s not that I grew tired of exercising, I still love it. -
But, I just have this conviction and clarity that I am called to be transforming and creating a revolution to incorporate the power of psychology in fitness and food.
Pro athletes have sport psychologists to elevate their performance. So why can’t fitness enthusiasts to newbie fitness goers have ACCESS and tools with the aid of psychology for fitness and food?
Still unsure? Well. . .
You can do the right exercises for your workouts like burpees, squats, or bench press, but if you have the wrong attitude and beliefs of how you’re always weaker than everyone else, most likely you won’t continue exercising because of your mindset and beliefs. I don’t want that for you because I believe in so much more for you. I really do.
