E anche se la foto non Γ¨ completamente adatta, ve lo voglio raccontare qui. Credo che su questo argomento ci sia molta DISINFORMAZIONE. PerchΓ©? Ci basiamo sulle esperienze degli altri, sul β€œmi Γ¨ stato detto”. Ma ci siamo mai soffermati a pensare se quella soluzione Γ¨ piΓΉ funzionale per noi? Tagliando i carboidrati per molti mesi ho avuto problemi non solo a dimagrire, ma a perdere GRASSO e non MASSA MAGRA. Questo Γ¨ il maggiore problema. Il vostro corpo ha bisogno di BENZINA, altrimenti non vive. E per sopravvivere, si nutre di ciΓ² che NON gli date e che trova dentro di se. Per cui se digiunate, non mangiate MAI pasta e pane, non farete bene a voi stessi. Non sono medico ma l’ho provato sulla mia pelle. Sono stata mesi senza carboidrati, da un anno a questa parte li ho inseriti, ho imparato quali mangiare. Nel sondaggio delle storie avete votato per una merenda. Dalle 10 alle 11, ogni giorno, questa Γ¨ la mia. E non mi sento in colpa, non mi vergogno, perchΓ© questa al momento Γ¨ la soluzione migliore che fa per me e per il mio corpo. Per me che mi alleno duramente 3 volte a settimana, Γ¨ impensabile vivere senza pasta e pane. Chiaramente non li mangio ad ogni pasto tutto il giorno ogni giorno, ma ci sono anche in una minima dose. Non vi voglio imporre nulla con questo, ma: prima di giudicare l’alimentazione e le scelte di una persona, informatevi. Provate, parlate con medici. Cambiate le vostre abitudini. You sometimes need to rest your kidney by taking a rest from your protein bar or protein powder. I hope you understand about what I mean.
