Like not squeeeezing into them and almost popping the buttons off like last month hahah. And yes dad, they did have rips like this when I bought them๐Ÿ˜‚. . Holy shit! I am 6.6 lbs away from 300!!!! On track to make that goal by next Thursdayโ€™s weigh in, which is also my 29th birthday ๐ŸŽ‰ The last time I weighed 300 lbs was about 4 years ago. I canโ€™t wait to get there and go beyond it! Super pumped and very proud of myself. Keep it simple, donโ€™t kill yourself with being too strict with what you are eating and exercise. You can still enjoy the foods you love and be on track, you just have to be real with your portions and fit them into your daily caloric goal. Mine is 1200 calories a day. Current favorites, Okra from home & Ampalaya or bitter gourd sautรฉed in pork & egg. The Manang in our building cooks yummy ampalaya and becoz she likes me, always gives me extra helping. With sunny side up egg for lunch. . A slice of strawberry sponge cake for dessert + some dark chocolates. Hibiscus tea for digestion. . Looked for music for new projects but my head & body ached so I succumb to sleep while sitting on the couch. . . . Napped the whole afternoon becoz my body still hurts from last Tuesday's #HIIT Pilates + slight fever. Ate 2 pcs hopia monggo while I worked on an offline edit as soon as I woke up. Surprised that I was able to finish new project in 2 hours. Sometimes, sleep is the answer. It's true. . Dinner at home was sinigang soup & 2 fried eggs. Early night to rest. . 638 steps only becoz slight fever. . I am alive. I am, as Eleven would say, a mouth breather. Feeling like warmed up ass, I could not bear to cook tonight. My lovely @the_ogbeejmcg picked up a chicken, and I artfully sliced an avocado. Tomorrow is our 5 year anniversary! We are going to crush our 100 burpees, enjoy some breakfast and a fine glass of champahgknee (LMK if you get this reference) and go to the zoo. We are also having dinner at the place where we got married. Owner says itโ€™s still the best wedding theyโ€™ve ever had (obvi) . . .
I came home from work, drank my liquid gold and was pumped for shoulder day. But then was hit with sharp stomach pains. Another day in the books ๐Ÿ“š and most definitely a major mental victory day as well. My routine was all changed up today but I made it work and guess what? It didnโ€™t kill me and it wasnโ€™t so bad. However I still love my early morning workouts much better. Definitely looking forward to the weekend!!
