OOH I ATE GOOD TODAY. Caulifower fried rice w/ shrimp and edamame and smoked turkey necks on the side (found at Walmart). My favorite part of the meal was the @nocow
peanut fluff butter...Y’ALL. It’s amazing. And only 2NC per serving. Definitely don’t buy until you have self control but it’s hella good. I’ll probably fit 1 tbsp into my macros every night😂 #OMAD

Vegas, about 3 years ago vs a couple of weeks ago. Completely sedentary lifestyle vs working my bum off almost everyday. Eating enough for 3 people all day vs intermittent fasting. Drowning in my depression vs just kind of splashing around in it. .
Same girl, just a different mindset. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm damn proud of where I am now.
Кто с 5 утра не может уснуть, тот я😣😐 даже несмотря на то, что спит весь дом и мелочь тоже. Оч хреновое самочувствие и хочу коффффффеееее......... Знаете что, после вчерашней вылазки я поняла, что ненавижу ездить к родственникам а с Амели куда то ездить вообще огромная ЖОПА. Давайте по порядку.
Ну др у его мамы естественно жарили шашлычки и все такое. Никогда так отвратительно себя не чувствовала в плане морально.... ты не ешь свинину? Ты что мусульманка? Сьешь давай ну кусочек...ты неправильно ешь мясо надо есть, оно полезно. Что ты тогда вообще ешь? А Вадик? Наверное траву одну жует бедный. Ты не пьешь? А что, болеешь? 🙈 вчера я явно была лишней на этом празднике. Тоже самое касаемо и моих, вечно пытаются накормить меня какой нибудь дрянью, но в плане алкашки тут бабушка полностью на моей стороне.
Дома, я себя чувствую более защищенной что ли.... на своей территории и тут мои правила. При чем у меня на столе всегда есть мясо и бедный голодающий сын всегда с порцией мясца. Но когда ко мне приезжают я никогда не говорю: а почему вы не едите вот эту чудную пророщенную пшеницу. Гляньте как хороша. А этот невероятный смузи из огурца кабачка и сельдерея.. мммм обьеденье быстро лопайте. Короче, вот как то так....
И спорить и что то доказывать людям философия, которая в корне отличается от моей ... ну эт как в монастырь со своими правилами.. и это касается не только с едой но и впринципе с позицией воспитания. Далее расскажу про адскую дорогу домой.💀🙈 .

Breakfast was simple, easy, and just right.
This week has been unlike any before. So much stress, a little crying, and many late nights. I love my job but this week I didn’t love it as much as usual. Instead of emotionally eating my feels like I would have in the past, I talked it out and processed it without food. But this Friday evening I’m kicking back with a glass of the best rosé and some good company. I’ve grown a lot in this process but teaching myself balance and listening to my instincts are the biggest things.

post doubling as a reminder for 3 very important things in life:✨
1. NEVER LET ANYBODY convince you that your life is the way it is, because “that’s just the way it is.” YOU are the captain of your own ship. You ride the waves (circumstances) and you navigate the ocean (life) — nobody else. We’re given a set of circumstances (for a reason) when we get here. How you use or don’t use them to your advantage, is up to you (hint: all of your life circumstances are perfectly constructed for your ultimate advantage). If you are not living a joyous life filled with enthusiasm and purpose on most days, you can do better. Figure out how and ask for help if needed!!
2. YOUR STORY IS RELEVANT. I don’t care what your story is — it has the power to catalyze change in somebody’s life. That girl on the left will always be a part of me. In fact, she’s always there — making elaborate attempts to make me feel unimportant. She tries to direct my thoughts and feelings on a daily basis but I just let her be. I make sure the girl on the right is strong enough everyday, to walk away from her and be well. And although there’s a ton of people out there who’d rather see me NOT inspire others with my “old” story, it’s my job to remember that my story is INVALUABLE. And to therefore, share it with the world whenever inspired. You should share yours too.
3. DO NOT forget where you came from. I am SO hard on myself sometimes and that’s something I’m constantly working at. I always want to do better and be better! But we seem to have selective memory/amnesia in this lifetime. We tend to focus on what “needs to get done” and somehow forget all thats already BEEN done. I will never forget when I couldn’t finish 2 minutes at level 1 on the stair master. Now (even after so much weight loss AND gain) — I can still slay a whole 20+ minutes at level 6 — comfortably, plus size, and all. That’s an incredible fitness accomplishment. Not to mention — all of the spiritual, emotional, and mental growth I’ve undergone!! Never forget all of it and let your past humble you as often as needed..

We are constantly told what we “HAVE to do ...” to be happy. *
So what if you didn’t listen?!😱What if instead you listened to what YOUR mind, YOUR body & YOUR soul was wispering inside that truly told yoU what YOU needed to be happy? (Because they do! They won’t yell so you have to learn to listen 🤫)
I’m going to go out on a limb though & say I bet they don’t say “be balanced” at all 😆

Think about this! Think about the last time you were REALLY happy! 🤔 What were you doing? Who were you with? Now here’s the big one... Was your life completely balanced at that moment?! *
I know 99% of you will say no. *
The vary act of being insanely happy is being out of “balance”. *
Think about it! When you were happy, you probably still had all your other things going on in the background, you know the ones you’re always trying to juggle: work, family, friends... but somehow you were happy right? Even w/out being “balanced”. *
So here’s my thought. *
Vary rarely are we ever balanced. Even in this picture I may look balanced & technically I was. I mean I wasn’t falling over right? But what you don’t see is the small wobbles, the weight shifting in my front & back body, oh & the cramp in my ass cheek from being dehydrated (see NOT balanced) lol! *
I really I can go on about how this picture would be considered balanced in say a fitness persons perspective but an artists perspective this pic is all sorts of unbalanced. And that’s the key! *
If we perceive our lives as being unbalanced as a bad thing then we will constantly be stressed trying to find “balance”. BUT! Instead if we learn to be more self aware & learn to live & flow w/ the imbalance that is inevitable & be more conscious about choosing to live, or shift that imbalance to work for us, & then being ok w/ it, we will Inturn be a lot happier, living w/ less regrets, stress, fear & save a shit ton of energy, which of coarse leaves us more energy to focus on living in that insanity happy side of our lives ❤️ #unbalanced #happiness #perspective #change #inspo

I think you have to understand that just because there are prettier people, you are not ugly. And maybe there are skinnier people, but you are not fat. And yes, maybe there are smarter people, but you are not dumb. And the truth is that somebody’s going to love you just the way you are, and it’s not going to matter that there are prettier, skinnier or smarter people. Because to at least one person, you’re going to be absolute perfection, and they’re going to fall in love with you. But before that happens, don’t be afraid to fall in love with yourself. 💝
