4 Steps to an easy Italian inspired dinner with a few Trader Joe’s favorites! 🍆🍽❤️
1. Sautéed the eggplant (cut into bite size pieces) in a frying pan with coconut oil and minced garlic.
2. Added 1/2 cup marinara sauce and a little Parmesan cheese.
3. 2 meatballs (baked and cut up)
4. Put on a plate and Enjoy! 😋
I love that I can eat easy, healthy and delicious meals on my nutrition program! 🙌🏻 .

😁😁 Woohoo!!! Living in the middle of KS there's barely any keto items in the store. I usually have to order and wait. Lol who has time for that?!😂 Keto score at Hyvee and Aldi's!!! *not pictured my awesome cauliflower rice!! I'm ecstatic that I can go and get this pretty close to me now!!😍💚 #weightlossjourney #keto
I saw someone post about poutine which made me think about our trip to Whistler, Canada 2 years ago over Easter break.
I've had poutine here in Minnesota, but it is NOTHING compared to Canada 😍
Hopefully we will get a chance to do a motorcycle trip through Canada next year so I can eat more poutine 😉❤
Let’s talk about these things called the SCALES ⚖️ We all have a love hate relationship with them don’t we not ?? We get excited when we see the numbers going down and have a big tantrum when they go up 👆
But don’t get to upset 😠 the scales can’t distinguish between your fluid fat or muscle . It just gives you a whole number . That literally tells us nothing . When you embark on a weightloss / fitness journey. U need to
1. Take a picture full length side view and front view
2. Measure yourself and write it down . Re measure in a months time
3. If you are losing cm and dress sizes are going down you are definitely losing . Sometimes the scales will not move but your sizes will go down
4. Remember muscle weights more then fat
5. Hormones fluctuations will see an increase on scales especially around period and ovulation.
6. It’s ok to weigh but don’t make it your total guide for your journey
7. Don’t give up think about what these amazing foods are doing to every inch of your body mind and spirit .
Remember your an amazing person that never gives up ♥️

Stories like these👇🏽 are the reason I coach!! “I used to HATE shopping 🙈 It meant a lot of tears in the dressing room when nothing fit the way I wanted it to. It would end with me having to put so many things back because I never liked the way most things looked on me. I would avoid it at all costs and bought everything I wore online from the same store because I knew my (embarrassing) size and I could save myself the pain of going into the actual store 🙅♀️ I spent several hours shopping this morning for size medium tops and size 8 pants. 👚👖No tears, no frustration. I still had to put LOTS of items back, but...only because EVERYTHING fit and I went a little overboard with excitement grabbing too many things (a closet is only so big, ya know!) What is this life?! 😁😍 Today is also the day I realized I am only 16 POUNDS away from being in the considered "normal" range. NEVER did I imagine getting to this point. Shock, disbelief, and pure joy on this wonderful, glorious day 💙
These are the things I never thought possible for myself. These are the things I thought I'd spend the rest of my life only dreaming about. 8 months later, and I'm living it 🙌”

Meet Carrie👆Carrie has 5 granddaughters and almost 60 yrs old! "45 lbs lost and 8 inches off my waist! One of the best decisions I have made this year! I can’t believe how good I feel eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle even though I have a high stress career within a medical and university education field and was on pills for pain and just to sleep through the night, but no more! The pic on the left is the night before I started my own Healthy Transformation Journey the first week in January of this year and the other 2 pics today! I’ve maintained it for 4 months which is amazing for me! No turning back! Now my hubby has joined me on this Health Plan and we are enjoying life again! "
I can’t even tell you how much I love this workout! I love that it is 4 days a week. I love that the workouts are only about 30 minutes. I love lifting weights. I love how every workout ends with an exercises. I love how the hiit component is added in. .
So yes. This workout rocks and it fits into my busy schedule perfectly. I have always stressed about getting my workouts in and this has given me so much flexibility. .
But I will admit there are 2 things I don’t love. (Well I hate to do them but I love the results I am getting from them!) If you have never tried these triple bears and catchers try them now because they are killer! .
FYI...my next online fitness group starts October 1st and we will be doing this program. So if you have been to busy to fit fitness in message me so I can tell you all about this 4 day a week program I am doing! I am looking for 4 more people to add to the group so message me ASAP!
Looking to lose weight 5lbs or 50lbs? Bridget will be here Monday the 24th at 6pm to share her tips in this interactive workshop. Come join us! RSVP in the comments. #weightlossjourney #transformation
Did you know that weight training for osteoporosis -- not just walking or doing aerobics, but lifting weights -- can help protect your bones and prevent osteoporosis-related fractures?
Studies show that strength training over a period of time can help prevent bone loss -- and may even help build new bone.
In one study, postmenopausal women who participated in a strength training program for a year saw significant increases in their bone density in the spine and hips, areas affected most by osteoporosis in older women.
Maintaining strong muscles through weight training helps to keep up your balance and coordination -- a critical element in preventing falls, which can lead to osteoporosis-related fractures. "We lose so much muscle as we age that by the time we're 70, we only have about 50% to 55% of our muscle mass left," says Beatrice Edwards, MD, MPH, associate professor of medicine and director of the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Center at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. "That explains why we feel weak and tired as we age, and we can prevent some of that with weight training." #weightlossjourney #weightlifting #weighttraining #buildingmuscles #muscle #strongbones #strongwomen #bones #osteoporosis #osteopathicmedicine #personaltraining #personaltrainer #fitnessmotivation #fitnessgirl #fitnessmodel #staypositive #staystrong #buildingstronggirls #women #brittlebones

Flash back to the amazing photo shoot I got to be apart of for @thejunglebodylabel
❤️ if you haven’t heard of @thejunglebody
you should check it out. Super fun dance workout sessions that are so fun they don’t even feel like exercise🔥🔥🔥
When I travel these are always my necessities. I always bring my little scale, blender bottle, headphone, pre-workout, protein, and BCAAs. I’ve learned to make use of the gyms that I go to when I travel. Sometimes they have minimum equipment and sometimes they have lots of equipment. Yes, depending on the traveling I’m doing I don’t always workout or eat the best. Enjoy the moments you have and then get back on track when you get home! Taking a break won’t hurt your body. Sometimes it does good for your body to have a little break.

I have gotten 3 messages warning me to be careful around my Rosie bear. She is the sweetest dog I have ever been around, and her breed does not define her. So I will continue to snuggle her before work and kiss her goodbye. Thanks for the warning but kindly keep your opinions to yourself🖕

I’m baaackkkkk 🤗 *
Please disregard the awful quality, my hands were literally shaking. *
I took a few days off of Instagram and deleted this account for personal reasons. I have had time to think about my page, where it started and which direction it should go. *
Here’s where I’m going from here:
This account will strictly just be fitness posts. I’m not going to be following a specific page theme. I’m going to be limiting posts that are outside of fitness and will be trying to focus on what I initially created this page to be and that is to monitor my own progress. I will try to record workouts and exercises, as well as make food posts.
If there is anything specific you would like to see, DM me. I love to hear feed back ❤️
