comment j’ai survécu à mes cinq mois de #palier 😅 🍏j’ai accepté cette période de pause que mon corps me réclamait 🍐j’ai commencé #WW dans l’idée d’apprendre à respecter mon corps, j’ai donc décidé de respecter son besoin de souffler 🍓Je me suis dit que c’était pas si mal pour ma peau qui commençait à souffrir aussi, ça lui permettrait sûrement de se retendre un peu 🥥Le #rééquilibragealimentaire , c’est à vie de toute façon ! Alors pas question de changer ma façon de manger ! 🍅J’ai continué à peser, compter, respecter l’assiette équilibrée tous les jours sauf pendant les vacances où j’ai fait une petite pause 🍌J’ai régulièrement relu les bases #WeightWatchers pour ne pas m’égarer 🍇J’ai fait beaucoup d’avant/après pour me motiver 🥒J’ai quand même perdu une taille de vêtements pendant cette période sans perdre de poids. Le corps continue de changer malgré la stagnation du poids 😉 🍒Le sport, c’est pas mon truc, mais je bouge dès que je peux: je marche, me promène, danse, nage ... 🍉J’ai vendu toutes mes fringues trop grandes pour ne pas avoir le choix de grossir 🍑J’ai commencé à stagner au moment du changement de mon traitement pour mon #hypothyroïdie (l-thyroxin au lieu du #Levothyrox ) 🥦En vacances en Italie, je me suis procuré le Levothyrox ancienne formule (euthyrox). J’ai changé mon traitement à mon retour de vacances. J’ai commencé à reperdre du poids 2-3 semaines après le changement du traitement. Coïncidence ou pas, je continue avec l’euthyrox c’est sûr ! 🍋J’ai travaillé beaucoup sur mon mental depuis mi-septembre, moment où j’ai décidé que mon corps avait assez stagné. J’ai adopté un cri de guerre qui me correspond bien: Towandaaaaaa !💪💪💪 🥕Finalement, j’ai décidé de changer 3 choses ces dernières semaines dans mon alimentation: augmenter les féculents et les matières grasses, que j’avais tendance à «oublier ». Mon corps semble avoir été un peu en sous-alimentation ces derniers mois. Comme quoi, ne pas manger assez n’aide pas pour la perte! L’important, toujours et encore, c’est l’équilibre ⚖️ ! Et j’ai réduit ma consommation de bananes : 1-2 par semaine contre 1 par jour Courage à vous tous, la persévérance paie! #weightlossjournal

Welp... today will be considered a massive “cheat” day. I ate fast-food for dîner and lunch. It was something I could do before with almost no problem but since I started my weight loss journey and paying more attention to what I eat, my relation to food in general has changed. Today, I realized that eating only fast-food was actually very unsatisfying. It just felt like too much.
