B R E A K F A S T : I’m definitely getting all autumnal 🍂 🍁 🍂 with my foods recently. Sweet Pumpkin 🎃 and Apple 🍏 Overnight Oats. Sliced apple 🍎, cinnamon, sweetener added fat free greek yoghurt mixed with unsweetened Alpro almond milk 🥛 pumpkin 🎃 puree 0SP sweetened with cinnamon and salted caramel skinny syrup and 30g of oats 3SP. I layered everything like I usually do and added some milk chocolate 🍫 drops/gold stars ⭐️ 1SP and a sprinkling of cinnamon to the top. Total 4SP. • For those who haven't tried it the Baking Buddy Natural Pumpkin Puree comes in a 425g can, usually found near the canned fruits section in most supermarkets. Igår var det 4:e dagen av Luciaformen ✨ . Frukost och lunch: samma som tidigare Mellis: kvarg med nötter och keso med avokado Middag: kyckling i en svampsås på kantareller, lök och 1/2 andel keso från kvällsmålet. Som jag rörde ihop med kikärtspasta och haricot vets. Alltså, det är verkligen mitt bästa tips koka pastan tillsammans med haricot vets (jag tog 1/2 min grönsaksandel) 👌🏼 det fyller ut så bra och sen åt jag romansallad och gurka vilket är några av de grönsaker som har fri mängd 🤗 Kvällsmål: kaseinfluff med frysta hallon. Nu har jag testat att göra fluffet på två olika sätt och det bästa och enklaste är helt klart att först mixa din andel frysta bär med din andel kasein och ca 1-0,5dl vatten. Efter det vispar du 🤩 jag hällde även på 2st skvättar med vatten vilket ökar fluffets volym ännu mer 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 . Igår så rev jag å Robin även av pass nr 3 vilket var ett rygg och biceps pass med HIIT på slutet. Vi både känner oss heeelt döda idag 😅 på söndag har jag ett pt-pass inbokat så jag kommer troligtvis att skippa axelpasset till förmån för pt-passet! Under det passet har jag tänkt be om hjälp med tekniken i basövningar, typ squats, olika ryggövningar och sen får vi se om han kommer med några andra bra grejer jag kan träna på 💪🏼 . Skönt med fredag idag 😍 jag å mamma ska på musikal och jag har givetvis preppat en middagslåda som jag ska äta hos dom innan vi beger oss mot Intiman där musikalen visas ✨ . Ha en fortsatt fin fredag 💕
The people we surround ourselves with either help us to become the best version of ourselves OR encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. . Today’s workout inspo came from my sister. It was very late, the night was dragging, and I was feeling tired. I was texting my sister and she was telling me how she still had to clean up the kitchen, check backpacks, and make the kids lunches. After she said that, I realized that I had no excuse to not workout. My sister is a supermom. She works so hard every single day, no matter how tired she is or how much she might not feel like it. When I think of all that she does, it always inspires me to be better. . I was about to head to the gym when I got pulled into a meeting. After I got back, the gym was closed...so I decided to do my workout right in my office! I pulled up my workout video on my phone, and completed 30 minutes of HIIT cardio. I may have been dying after, but now I feel so good for doing it. . Thanks sister, for inspiring me to be the best version of myself every day. 😌
FACE TO FACE FRIDAY : Ok I know one is without make up and one is with make up but there is a 3stone 10lbs difference. I look at these pictures and see someone on the left who had just decided NOT to give up at the age of 46 of turning their life around and starting a healthy lifestyle and someone on the right at 48 who knows it was the best decision of her life. • Back then I had actually stopped wearing make up as frequently as I’d worn previously as I’d lost the inclination to dress up and try and look pretty for a while which was so not me as I’d always enjoyed wearing make up and clothes whatever my size. But I had started to think I can’t be bothered anymore as what’s the point. What’s the point as I’m getting old and it doesn’t matter as I can’t lose weight and its impossible at my age. • But in fact it’s never too late to start looking after yourself you should feel empowered at any age. I really hope I have extended my life span by looking after my health and fitness these last 18 months. I’ve learnt so much along the journey of eating well everyday and exercising regularly. Educating myself has been so important to me and I can only reiterate this to anyone just starting out to read up as much as you can. I continue to learn every day particularly here online by hearing other people’s tips and tricks. • I’m now back to loving wearing make up and dressing up again. So I say don’t ever let your age define your health and don’t ever give up on yourself. I can feel happier and more positive that I’ve still got lots of years ahead to look forward to. Yesterday was my 3 year wedding anniversary so I decided to try on my wedding dress. Excited to see I can fit my whole body + an arm in it. . . Dress shopping for me was nothing like I imagined it. I basically settled for this one because I became very aggravated about how everything looked on my body and was ready to get it over with. Instead of walking out the bridal shop with a feeling of happiness I walked out with a feeling of disgust. . Even though this was not my heaviest it’s still amazing to see how far I have come not only physically but mentally. Just know your dream is achievable but it takes you believing in yourself.

I worked it out to be 15 syns for 1 sausage & hot dog bun, never mind the ketchup & mustard......that would not fill a hole in my tooth tonight. 🌭 Soooo not worth it. . This morning was my last workout of LIIFT4! Where did the last 8 weeks go?? Time flies when you’re having fun! . Speaking of FUN, this program was seriously so much fun. I legit went to bed each night looking forward to my workout the following morning. There’s something about lifting heavy weights and HIIT that makes me excited! 🤷🏻‍♀️ . On Week 1, I was lifting 10-15lb dumbbells. At the halfway point, I was up to 20-30lb dumbbells. I finished the program lifting 35-40lb dumbbells. I haven’t taken my final measurements yet, but I feel STRONG and lean. My clothes fit better and I’ve even gone down a couple sizes. Does the program work? YEP! . Bonus: (drumroll, please 🥁) I FINALLY have definition in my arms!! This has been a goal of mine forever. . I didn’t spend hours in the gym or starve myself. I worked out 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes per day. I followed an eating plan designed by the trainer and a bonus eating plan full of recipes that was put together by a Registered Dietitian. Don't confuse thirst and hunger. If your body is thirsty, it will often present itself as hunger. Think carefully about your water intake for the day and decide what your body really needs.
SOULFUL SUNDAY - WHY EVEN START?! --- I could have stayed the way I was; eating what I wanted; drinks with friends frequently; not working out, etc., BUT I also was told by my doctor I was very close to a heart attack and being diagnosed with diabetes! My WHY waste alter those medical issues and get in front of them, but my why also included being able to coach my future kids' sports teams, hike whenever I feel like it, be an example to my future family of how to eat and live an active life. Finding your WHY IS CRUCIAL for truly transforming your entire lifestyle.💯 --- TIP: Dig deep and ask yourself why you even want/need to workout, eat healthy, etc. and if it is just to look good in a bikini or on the beach for one summer own it fully and realize you will continuously get frustrated because you're not changing your lifestyle - you're trying to cram a lifestyle change into one summer and that does t last! --- YOU GOT THIS!! 💪👊 --- COMMENT: What is your WHY? I have always struggled since putting weight on after high school to get the weight back off. I have been an up down up down yo-yo dieter for years! This has meant going through so many different stages of loving and hating my body. All of this inconsistency has been so hard to deal with over the years. I stumbled across the 2016 photo from my brothers wedding last night and I knew I had to reflect on this time and how poorly I felt towards myself but also celebrate where I am now! Here's to positive life changes and not letting myself turn back but be able to just reflect as I keep moving forward 😊💖
Let's be real and raw, genuine and authentic, honest and accountable! When I started this journey all I could think is how much I needed to do something about the way I felt. I was petrified of failure and afraid that I would falter just like time and time again in the past. I committed to a challenge and a system and told myself to 'just keep going'. There were definitely times that I wanted to give up and live with the way I was feeling towards myself. Doubt took over and it became harder to motivate myself to continue in the challenge. I eventually pushed the doubt aside and just kept going and celebrated every small win along the way. I shared my journey with you all and the positive reinforcement and beautiful comments have been a massive driving force!!! I have recieved so many amazing messages from guys and girls that are feeling the way I felt. To hear them and their stories about how much I am inspiring them by simply sharing my journey that was originally just for me is such a warm and touching feeling 💖 This journey has become no longer about improving the way I look for me, it is truly about inspiring, motivating and supporting others to be the best version of themselves and live their best life. I have always been so passionate about coaching and developing other and this has taken it to a whole new level...
