Just a friendly reminder that you have this ENTIRE day to make decisions that add up to huge progress. 💡 A few little tweaks you can make TODAY to chip away at your body goals: 👉🏻Swap your sugary drinks for WATER. Bread upma Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds,curry leaves,chopped green chilli,onion and boiled potatoes in it.Add spices to taste(half tsp red chilli,salt and turmeric powder).stir for 2 minutes,add 1 cup water and 1 bowl cut bread.cover and cook for 2 mins.garnish with coriander . . Paneer gravy,really easy In a pan heat 1tbsp ghee,add jeera(cumin)and fry for 1 min.add tomatato puree,cream and onion.cook for some time.add spices(half tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilli,garama masala,coriander powder,curry masala).cover and cook.add paneer in the end,mix well and serve!

•DAY 2 ON PLAN• I ended yesterday on 9.5 syns, so a winning day. Today I had Aldi’s Fish Sushi (2.5) for brunch, and then a gigantic speedy ham salad• •Spinach (S), Lettuce (S), Tomatoes (S), Cucumber (S), Beansprouts (S), I topped it with Light salad cream (2) and Pickled Beetroot! • •Focusing on my meals so much this week to try and build my meals with more speed foods to stop my ‘snack time’, I’ve also tried to cut out my caffeine intake a little as I feel my body needs a detox before starting uni. SHIFT THE WAY YOU THINK ABOUT EXERCISE. Yes it burns calories, but punishing yourself with gruelling workouts will only last for so long before you quit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☝🏻 Find a way of moving your body that you LOVE. If you happen to deepthroat 7 packs a day, then that’s a separate issue you need to address. - When I was at Uni, I used to opt for Sunbites with my daily meal deal. Thinking it was healthier & better for fat loss. - At least the French Fries on the right aren’t trying to deceive me. These fuckers actually contain the same cooking oils as the “healthy” pack. HEALTHY CHICKEN ADOBO 😋 This is an ideal recipe for WEIGHT LOSS I’d like to share with everyone. It just makes life easier to cook a large amount and eat it for the next few days. Remember for weight loss goals: carbs won’t make you fat, eat lots of lean protein and stay away from sugars or any processed foods. 💥PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, WHAT IS IT? AND WHY WE NEED IT! 💥 _ We have a variety of different training variables such as :volume, load and range of motion. Which we can change to provide the body a new stimulus to adapt to. _ ⏱ Volume: for example we can increase training frequency, have different sets and rep ranges. You can change the rest periods, or increase time under tension (isometric/eccentric training) _ 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ Load: with load we can change the amount of weight we lift, increasing the weight on the bar by even 1.25 kg will provide a new stimulus to the body. _ 🤸‍♀️ Range of motion: even by dropping the weight but increasing ROM =more movement provides that stimulus. _ 👉Why is it important? - If we did the same thing over and over again, our body would eventually have nothing to adapt to. If you lift the same weight, run the same distance eventually your body wouldn’t have chance to adapt further. _ For progress we need to provide that new stimulus to the body. Don’t become stagnant with your training, apply progressive overload to your workouts 👊 DC

It takes bravery for me to post this, but I'm so proud of my journey so far. - I finished my first full program, from beginning to end, without missing a workout or quitting.  I had struggled to break that cycle for years, and the cycle is finally broken!! - In 8 weeks of Lift 4 and the 2B Mindset, I've lost 11 pounds and 18.5 inches! I reached the goal weight I had set at the beginning of the program. I can do up to 70 pushups in a workout (with breaks), have to modify only at the very end if I've pushed it my hardest, and increased in weight several times throughout the program. I've seen so many non-scale victories, and my energy and motivation are BACK, baby!! - My challenge group is starting a new round of Lift 4 starting Oct. 1st, and I can't wait!!!! I am so excited to see how my body and mindset will change over the next 8 weeks. - We have only a few spots available in the October Challenge group. The Power Tribe is killing it right now, and the energy is so amazing, positive, and motivating.
