Hello 😊 I wanted to tell you, that no matter how great a way counting calories is for losing weight, and slimming down and dropping your belly fat, there always more than one ways to skin the proverbial cat.
You see, habits are one of those other things, and they work wonders, especially for people who a tiny wee bit more to lose.
And to be 100% honest, bad habits are what brought you here so picking up healthy ones will help you lose weight.
Let me share a little bit of a secret with you. It’s not a secret secret. But it works like a charm, so we will call it a hack. My hack. And I hope it will become your hack as well.
Pick 2 habits and start implementing them now. Not tomorrow, now. It doesn’t matter if it’s noon, or midnight or whatever, GO. Do those for a week, no matter how hard or easy they look. Once you do them for a while they’re gonna become really easy anyway. After a week pick 2 more, and stack them on top of your previous 2. So now you have 4 habits, only the first two are already ingrained in your mind so they require a lot less willpower to do. Keep it up until you have all the habits down and running.
But just because I said I was going to give you one hack, it doesn’t mean I’m done. I love to overdeliver because I care about you.
I want you to go and buy a calendar, the one that is big enough to hang on the wall and has big enough spaces to write tasks in each day. Hang it on the wall, and in each day’s square write all the habits you did. Once you establish a chain of successful habits, breaking it will be less likely.
I call this The Habit Success Chain.
