You CAN enjoy eating out and still stick to your nutrition plan! 💪 With a little planning - you can focus on enjoying the company of friends and family instead of STRESSING OUT.
Here are 3 tips to help bust the stress around eating out: 👉TIP #1
: Look up the restaurant menu ahead of time. It sounds simple, but knowing what you are going to eat before you get there reduces spontaneous order (which leads to trouble.) 👉TIP #2
: When you get to the restaurant, pick from meals that consist of proteins, fats and veggies. For example, a meal containing chicken, broccoli, and avocado. We know that the bread on the table might be calling you, and the tortilla chips always look tasty. But, skip the appetizers and have a salad (with the dressing on the side) with your meal instead. 👉TIP #3
: Drink a lot of water. Shoot for three glasses - one before, one during, and one after the meal (even if you are going to have an adult beverage.😉) Now, here’s where we can help… 👈
